if only i could give less than 1 star i would cos they deserve it. my account has been hacked and calling them for a follow up is a pain as i have been passed around by agents to different departments with long waiting times. been on the line long enough that my full battery went dead and in the end did not get hold of the right department. finally got hold of an agent at 45 min on my 4th phone call attempt only to be told to wait and was put on hold without any warning. please. i just need help to secure my account!!!!!!!

wrote a review on their bad delivery and customer service on their dutch page then received a request to write a review on their uk page. so heres my rating and review: i do not recommend this online shop. total waste of time. if only i could rate negative ten thousand, i would.
Delivery and Customer service
Just to let everyone know that delivery service of this company into the uk is crap probably because of Brexit. Their website shows an address registered in Kent so I thought the delivery would be quick only to find out that their items are from the Netherlands. Customer Service is also crap, sounded very uninterested to help. So be warned!
