1 week from order to delivery, missed my daughters birthday by two days despite early order.

Hi Donna, I do apologise about this and can appreciate that this is frustrating. I have had a look and can see that your order was placed at the weekend and unfortunately, we do not process cards on the weekend. Your card was dispatched on next working day which was Monday 5th August and should have arrived 1-3 working days after this date. If the card arrived later than 08/08, please email feedback@funkypigeon.com with the date your order arrived and your order number. Thanks, Emilia
