The worst company ever
The worst company ever. Do not bother to waste your time and hard earned money with these people. They clearly do not care about their customers.
I have been lied to yet again by Avatrade. I completed a withdrawal request on the 11th of April, they claim 7-10 days at the most the money would arrive back on to my credit card. It is now the 3rd of May and the money has still not been deposited, furthermore this is costing me interest.
I will take this further if i do not get my money back. Not happy at all

Time and time again I have attempted to…
Time and time again I have attempted to get through to a representative at Avatrade. They have funds of mine and will not allow me to connect with anyone in order to clarify why the funds will not withdraw. Stay away!
Kindly open withdrawal request in My Ava section. As a method of payment please select 'credit card' and choose your credit card ending with number *93. As per guidelines, money always has to go to the same source, which you deposited from.
