Hello, I set up a new account yesterday (account number: 41005528) and I sent you an email yesterday to you as well (request number 26386) and I have received a call from Avatrade 20 minutes ago from this number 01223790374, I guess to do the verification of my account but when I was talking with her she hung up the call... called back to that number but it says it is not available so I called your UK customer number +44 1733592168 but I didn't get any answer, could you verified my profile and put my deposit in my account? Because my account hasn't been verified and I cannot see my deposit in my balance. Thank you.

second account verification + where is my deposit?
Hello, My Account Number is 5210340 and I have just done another account, my second account number is 41005528, I have used another email. I have uploaded the documents to be verified and deposited some money but it doesn't show in the account... is it because I am not verified yet? could you verify my account and check I got the deposit in my account? because I cannot trade yet, please.
Can I have 2 Avatrade accounts? how can I delete my account?
Hello, My Account Number is 5210340. I have called Avatrade Uk number but I never got an answer... I would like to know how to cancel and delete this account with you because I am going to trade with another manager account trader who deals with you and he uses Avatrade but he wants me to join with him (using his Avatrade link) and I won´t start with him until I do this... how can I cancel my account? or can I have two accounts with Avatrade? will I have any problems with the verification if I use the same email, ID and proofs of address?

You may open an additional account using an alternative email address. If you wish to use the same email, you will need to email cs@avatrade.com with your account details and request your account be closed and only then reopen a new account. If you opt for the former, you can use your verification status for the second account as well, but you may be asked to confirm both accounts belong to you.

WITHDRAWAL NOT RECEIVED AFTER MORE THAN 10 WORKING DAYS
Hello, My Account Number is 5210340. I did a withdrawal on the 27/03/2018 at 13:31h, I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING YET. It has been more than 10 working days. They took the withdrawal off my balance and still haven't received, I have been waiting in the on-line chat for hours but when I am getting close to be the first on the queue... it always asks me to login again and I am the last in the queue. I have called your uk number with no answer anytime. I have had more than one problem with your account but I always received my withdrawals but why not this time? Can you fix this, please?

I registered for the first time on the 25th January 2018. My Account Number: 5210340
I have been trying to contact them since 26/01/18 calling several times (more than 10 times per day) and through the chat live and after been waiting for more than 7 hours, it made me log in again and I couldn't speak with anyone because the on-line chat wasn’t available anymore that day. I registered for the first time on the 25/01/18, with a deposit of 250£. I updated the documents to be verified 10 times. 7 days later, my documents hasn't been verified yet. I have updated again today, 1st February 2018 at 18:18h (England time). When will they be verified?
I have sent them several emails, no respond. The only email I got back it was when I tried to get my money back but they don’t let me withdrawal because my account is not verified and it’s all their fault because I have updated my documents and there is no way to contact them!
I DO NOT WANT AVATRADER TO BLOCK MY ACCOUNT after 10 days without being verified because I have done all I can do, the problem comes with the customer service and they doing their job, I am going to cancel my payment and go to my bank to take some actions if they don’t solve it for tomorrow. Avatrader customer service has a long way to improve.
