Fine until you want your money back
I evaluated this platform with no major issues and was pretty happy with it, until I tried to withdraw some of the funds. I was withdrawing to the same account I deposited with and I followed their (elaborate) verification processes. They continued to deny the withdrawal and I was told they would need to hold my funds for longer. Very suspicious. I'm not sure if they are having solvency issues or this is just dirty tactics but be very careful with what you put in and be prepared for fight to get any of it back.

We don't have issues with clients depositing/ withdrawing funds. We don't make money from holding onto clients money, we make money from clients trading. We would rather clients withdraw their funds then leave on the account and not trade.
I would advise giving us a call so someone can explain exactly what the issue is here.

My only suggestion would be to make it electronic (a card or an app etc) so people don't need to queue to buy tickets and show tickets when passing through gates.
