Excellent service

Excellent service. Ordered Varta battery in the afternoon and delivered within 24 hours by DHL, and within the advised 1 hour delivery slot. Fitted to Freelander 2 TD4 - stop start - to replace original Varta.

Order not in transit 24 hours after…

Order not in transit 24 hours after dispatch. Just over 24 hours ago I was told that order has been dispatched, and yet Track&Trace is not even showing as in transit. It still has to arrive in destination country and still has to go out for delivery. Yodel Parcel Status is showing estimated delivery date as Unavailable at this time.

Excellent service. Ordered battery Monday afternoon and battery was delivered Tuesday afternoon by DHL, within 24 hours of order. DHL Tracker was brilliant and showed where driver was, and parcel was delivered when expected. Fitted battery to car and worked fine. Would use Tayna Batteries again.

Item not delivered

Item not delivered. Item has not been delivered, although Yodel says it has and has been signed for. Vetsend don't know where parcel is, and have produced a Delivery Record, with a signature that is illegible, and doesn't say where parcel was actually delivered to. I still don't know where my parcel is and neither do Vetsend, so I am at a loss as to what to do next.

Whilst your apology is appreciated, I still do not have the goods, and the Carrier does not appear to be able to say where they were delivered. You have said that you will be resending the goods, and I have said that I would pay additional (reasonable) costs for an additional carrier that can deliver, and yet you have said that you can't change your carrier. Your loyalty to your Carrier over your loyalty to a customer is disappointing. It is now 24 hours since your parcel was supposed to have been delivered to me, and you are now starting again and resending. I had a car battery - a fairly heavy bulky item - delivered the day before, by DHL, within less than 24 hours from placing order, delivered to me at my address - same name and same address that you have not delivered to - and they delivered within the one hour time slot that they advised me of in the morning. Your carrier - Yodel - advised on their tracker at 9am that parcel would be delivered before 9pm - a 12 hour slot!!

You contacted us for the first time last night. This morning we replied directly to you that our delivery partner indicated that the package had been delivered. You say it has not been delivered. We have started an investigation.
As soon as we got feedback from our delivery partner, we sent you the proof of delivery. You said that you didn't know the signature. Unfortunately, our delivery partner does not provide any further information.
We asked you to fill out a document, then we can resend the package to you.
This all happened in a little more than 5 hours. Unfortunately, an investigation cannot be completed any faster.

Parcel not delivered when Yodel say it…

Parcel not delivered when Yodel say it has been. Had message saying parcel has been delivered. It has not been delivered, I have been in house all day. On line chat on Yodel web site is always saying operators are busy, and when I did get through, it says there is an error on the page. No details in Tracker site as to where my parcel had been delivered to.

Unacceptable - Failed to deliver. Yodel and Parcel Force OK.

Unacceptable - DPD driver Euan failed to deliver. Received a message yesterday saying that parcel would be delivered today, and another message today saying that parcel would be delivered between 16:19 - 17:19. Have just checked DPD website and it is saying parcel has been delivered - no address given. I have been specifically waiting in the house for this parcel. Also ordered something else during week, and parcel was delivered to house earlier today by Yodel, with no problem. Also ordered something last week, and it was delivered to house by Parcel Force with no problem. There must be a problem with DPD or driver Euan. Noting that I was charged £8.33 for the delivery which DPD failed to deliver - and the Yodel and Parcel Force deliveries were free.

They hike up the prices year on year…

They hike up the prices year on year for regular customers. Left RAC insurance for another insurer, as RAC too expensive for the same cover. RAC then dropped price of quotation by nearly half the day before renewal was due, but still too expensive. RAC Rescue are the same. Recently phoned to cancel, as renewal was more than on line price. They dropped the price to the on-line price.

Dear RAC. It was dealt with by me going to a different insurer who is cheaper for the same cover. My new insurer has dealt with it and made their new customer i.e. me, happy, not RAC.

No problem with Wex. Problem with Parcelforce delivery.

No problem with Wex. Order dealt with promptly and sent for delivery promptly. Problems with Parcelforce delivery. Parcel not delivered on Saturday, despite paying for Saturday delivery. Wasted most of the day trying to find out when parcel would be delivered. Wasted most of Sunday morning waiting for parcel to be delivered. Received no text saying time of delivery. Parcel delivered to next door neighbour, whilst I was in my house waiting for it. Wex were great - chased Parcelforce for delivery and even refunded Saturday delivery charge.Considering ordering 6D MkII from Currys or Jessop. No price disadvantage, and at least I will be able to pick it up.
