Worst sales site I ever seen
Worst sales site I ever seen. I bought 4 items in same order. All available. 2 days after made the order, they contact me to tell me that one of the items are out of stock. I kindly answer to forget that item and move forward on the remaining ones.
Next day, they call me again saying that the missing item already in stock, however in meanwhile other item get out-of-stock. Ask if I want to wait for stock but never with the warranty that toher items don't get out-of-stock.
My friends, if I do an order and for any reason one of the products are out-of-stock you have to keep the items in stock that I order for me and meanwhile ask if I want to wait for it or go ahead.
In other stores, they contact you, they send you what is in stock and when they have stock about items you have ordered they will send it without tax you with shipping value again.
You are miserable.

Al dia 25 de noviembre 2016 he hecho un pedido de 550€, un Galaxy S6, unpowerbank y una impresora. Fecha de entrega para dia 26 de diciembre. Dia 26 no me ha llegado nada, he abierto un ticket (unica forma de hablar con ellos) preguntando por el pedido, me comentaron que llegaria dia 29. Tampoco ha llegado. Nuevo ticket, nueva respuesta, llega dia 3 de enero. No ha llegado y abri nuevo ticket el mismo dia 3. Contestaron el mismo dia 3 diciendo que el pedido iba a llegar dia 15 de enero. He cancelado el pedido de inmediato y pedi el reembolso. Me contestaron que el reembolso iba a tardar 30 dias. Al final de los 30 dias, no he recibido nada. Nuevo ticket y me comentaron que me habian abonado el dinero y que el dia 8 o 9 de febrero tenia el dinero. Hoy es dia 9, no he recibido ningun dinero, abri un ticket al cual me contestaron exactamente lo mismo (pero exactamente las mismas palavras, mismos puntos y comas, IGUAL) diciendo que el dinero ha sido abonado y lo teré en mi cuenta dia 13 o 14 de febrero. Me he puesto en miles de foros, esto ocurre siempre y la gente no ve el dinero. NO COMPREN NADA EN MYTELECOM

Buen servicio, pero todavia puede mejorar mucho. Tue que pagar aduanas y aunque luega me devolvieran el dinero, cuando me llegó el paquete tuve que pagar sin que nadie me avisará que eso podria ocurrir. Aun así, el demás está bien.
