good service, one slight glitch
good value product, attentive and helpful shop staff. delivery organised to suit our needs. only issue was we were told we would receive notice of approximate delivery time , a couple days before it was due, via text message. This didn't happen and when i contacted the store that morning, they couldn't really help. so, just had to wait in till it showed up. besides that, the 2 fellas delivering were polite and helpful, assembling and removing the packaging,though if you charge £59 delivery , that's the least you should expect. But to be given 20 minutes to assemble a table and 4 chairs, they did well. like to see the person who thinks that long enough to swap jobs for a day and see how you get on.....

though we knew whicjh model we wanted, the website had a great choice of products.
the ordering process was simple and easy to use.
the offer of removing the old product & packaging was a good service,
( a lot cheaper than the local council charges )
delivery dates were good, and the text message the night before to give you a
2 hour window for the delivey helps.
we were given a 8am - 10am window, at 7.50 am the driver called to say he was half an hour away, having travelled from Leceister he said.good service .
driver was very polite and helpful ,wven after i refused to play with the bubble wrap as he unwrapped the fridge freezer as i had just come off a 12 hour night shift ans wanted ot get to bed !!
he even give us some advice about leaving the fridge to stand for awhile before plugging it in, as it had been standing on the van since the night before.
the only slightly negative comment i can think of, and this may sound petty and it probabaly is, but as he reomved the fridge from the van, he had it standing in the middle of the street and removed all the packaging from it, this may make it easier for him to put the packaging back in the van, but i didnt want our new fridge standing in the middle of the road , until it got it in the house. I would prefer this to happen in the house itself.
( i guess i was just a bit tired )
i could go on and on ,but to put it simple , if anyone asks where did we get that fridge from ? i wouldnt hesitate to recommend 365Electrical,
i just hope if we have to use their aftersales service it's as good as the purchasing one .....

item was ordered last Friday, and i was given a 3-5days delivery, on 19th Sept i received a text message to say delivery would be 20th Sept; and the choice to change this date. which i did to 21st Sept ,more easier for myself. then at 09:27am this morning i received another text message saying the parcel would be delivered between 10.05 - 11.05 . at 10.15am there was a knock at the door and the parcel was delivered.I don't know if you manage to make deliveries like this every time, but on this occasion can i say what an excellent service you have provided, i couldn't fault it at all. well done.
