Do not use SendGrid

Average answer time on support messages is 5 weeks !! This on year 2020.
And usually the answer is after 4 weeks incomplete.

UI is very poorly grouped, not intuitive, many topics templates, statistics are in many different places.
UI does not update nowhere - only browser refresh shows current right view.
Terminology changes all the time and templates are confusing.

API used to be good in SendGrid times before 2018, after that categories ? and many other features that used to work are not working.
