The worst possible service ive ever…
The worst possible service ive ever seen, it takes the days to reply and when they do they telling me the say god damn thing your account has bin blocked like yah i cant see that im not blind, tell me why and how to fix it lord is it that difficult. You'll be on hold for hours with them with no success.

The majority of new accounts are opened automatically, however in some instances there may be requirements to submit further documentation. If this is the case, we would have sent an email automatically requesting them. There were some issues with your account set up. We've discontinued the application so you can apply again and get the account opened much faster.
Given the significant increase in market volatility and an influx of new account applications, we are running slightly behind schedule, however we are making good progress on getting through these requests.
Given this spike we are also experiencing a higher number of inbound calls which is why you may have experienced longer queue times. Once again, we’re working hard to get through these as quickly as possible.
