The help desk and customer service useless
The help desk and customer service is awful they never accept their mistakes and never provide service to the customer. They change charges so frequent it confuses the customer by the time you remember another change comes. The platform shows wrong information about price and profit you make if you sell at the time but when you sell you don’t get that money.
I would strongly say stay away from this broker he is for child who wants to play not for real Invester.

I can see you mainly use Limit orders meaning you have control over the price you want to sell at and you will only get that price or better. I can't see any times that your orders have not been bought or sold at that price or better but if this is the case I would advise sending an email and out client facing team can investigate.
