The tracking system says they tried to deliver my parcel and no-one was home. The website says my parcel is available at the pick up point but doesn't say where this is. It is now 10 days since I placed my order. I spoke to the company who are now looking into it. Unfortunately I do not speak French and the company representative has limited English. The problem may of course rest with the delivery company here in Sweden.
