Slow unresponsive service
Item was listed as in stock. I paid for air freight as I needed this bag as I was going away. My expected arrival date 28/05/19. Still haven't recieved the bag or response to the two emails I sent them asking for a refund on the air freight. Terrible logistics, terrible customer service. Avoid
