Things that can be improved

ShowroomPrive has been an excellent way of shopping online. The service is good and customer service both via the phone and email are excellent. However there are a few things that can be improved on.

1) The website can have an English option so that it is more accessible for people with different language skills.

2) The Infinity option is ridiculous as it is only activated for one vendor at a time instead of a collective postage fee waiver. So it is really cheating the customer.

3) Sometimes there are glitches on the website. Some items that are not available are then suddenly available an hour later.

4) The 12 euro introduction discount was not activated.
