As a matter of facts, we strictly followed your delivery instructions and so to deliver your package to a Parcel Drop-Off location, specifically requested from you.
In addition to this, we have assigned the delivery of your package to UPS, probably the most important shipping company worldwide.
As already informed you throughout our email exchange, according to UPS delivery proof, your package was collected and signed using your full name.
According to your notice, someone must have stolen your identity, since someone necessarily had to know there was a package at the specific Parcel Drop-Off location and labelled with your name (first and last name).
As we promptly informed you, we have followed the UPS procedure, opening an investigation case.
So we are definitely doing our best to provide the best customer service. UPS will surely get in contact with you to obtain more specific details.
As soon as we understand what happened, we will do what is necessary.

Good cost-benefit ratio
The globe is made of good materials unlike I read in other reviews I felt wood was used in all the places you could realistically expect for the price. I bought a large globe and it accommodates well 6 bottles of all shapes and sizes. However, it is worth mentioning the glass storage, even for the larger globes, accommodates only whiskey type glasses (at least if you want to keep your globe closed), so if you were hoping for a wine cabinet you may want to rethink. The shipping was fast and everything arrived well wrapped. One of the wheels was broken but they replied to my complaint very quickly and politely and are sending me a replacement. Overall I think this is a great present. I gave it to my husband as a birthday gift and he loved it!

The bar globe is exactly the right size…
The bar globe is exactly the right size and fits beautifully in our living room. The quality is very good. One suggestion I would like to make for the design: It would look even better if the brand name was not on the globe itself but on the wooden part that holds the lid. This way the band name could be on both sides of the wooden part, and thus be seen no matter where the globe is turned.
