Told me the driver could not make it on the hour of delivery. Was my first order problably the last one too. Not a good start ZipJet. Trust is important if you want to be around

WARNING DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE: they damaged my expensive shirts with their ironing machines or washing process and they didn't do anything to fix it, they replied once and then never came to pick up the stuff or replied to emails, what a big scam. any shop in a non-developed country would have taken more responsibility or provided better service than them.

Awesome service. Easier than ever to get my laundry done :)

I hate traveling to the dry cleaners on weekends so I thought this service was perfect although it is still a little pricey.

However, please look out for their fine print! Recently, I have done a survey requested by them and got a 10% discount code as an appreciation. Little did I know (it was not written anywhere) that this discount code cannot be used the credits I have. - This was possible in the past.

So I happily made my order, thinking that I won't have to fork out cash on anything because I already have credits in my account. To my surprise, they did not deduct my credits and charged the amount straight to my credit card. Only after contacting the customer service, did I found out that I cannot use my credits when I use a voucher.

If your credits is not treated the same as pre-payment, then why have a credit system at all? Customers should not trust that their payments or credits with this virtual company.

I have no problems paying cash for the service, but as a returning customer, I feel cheated. It is inappropriate and dishonest for companies to attach conditions to the complimentary vouchers or change their T&C without informing the customers. I will never be able to trust this company again and I suggest others not to.
