I brought perfectio x from a Hermetise store in St kitts in Barbados while on holiday .Very persuasive sales man .Was told how to use it and followed this to the dot. My face became red ,sore and swollen ,i emailed the salesman who advised me to use the new cream he was sending me (this never came) i have asked for a full refund but no reply .I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF . I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient and courteous handling of my replacement product. I spoke to the customer service representative and within a few days I was provided with an email with instructions for replacement. The replacement product arrived March 15, 2024. The timeframe from my initial contact to date of receipt of product was absolutely amazing. I love using my Perfectio Plus and highly recommend the product.

A little confusion, but a great ending!
There was some initial confusion and mix ups with the serial numbers and which devices I actually own. I did have to email several times to get that clarified and I was nervous that I would not receive the correct product back when I needed to make use of the warranty replacement, but it all worked out. I love both of my devices and was upset when the Sapphire X stopped working correctly, but I was grateful that they took care of me as promised. I love the devices and so far, the customer service has been great!

RIPPED OFF
I was ripped off a few years ago and paid allot money for this useless machine. I was told it would help my skin from sagging...what a load of BS! It now wont charge or work. Please do not waist your money, I am very disappointed.

Zero bananaco cleansing balm
I was so happy and gotten the zero bananaco cleansing balm and cleansing foam cleanser. I went to use it on the 24th and when I woke up I had loads of smal new pimples. Im a person who gets few to no pimples, so this took me by suprise. I now again used to to take away my makeup and not even a minute after doing it I had even more pimples and more textures skin then I have ever had! 0 stars do not recommend at all.

Can't believe it but fell for this scam…
Can't believe it but fell for this scam crap at the airport in Mexico. Very high-pressure sales tactics, one girl took my credit card and disappeared so I couldn't just walk out. Was told device had a lifetime warranty which turns out to be a limited warranty. The number I was given to call customer service was someone trying to sell more stuff. Surely the company will claim it's a third-party vendor or some nonsense but that's false. And even if not, you should be more careful who you let sell your crappy devices.

I am beyond thrilled with the customer service I received from Zero Gravity. I needed to ask some questions regarding my Perfectio X and almost immediately received an email with a response. They replaced my wand and they made the process so easy and at the time, my life was less than easy. I lost my mom in March and I was in the process of moving my dad closer to me. I absolutely love my Perfectio X. My facial routine has has brought smoothness and an even tone glow to my face. I can't thank Zero Gravity enough for their amazing product and service.

Doesn’t seem to been worth it.
Bought this immensely expensive Genesis Z with the vendor's promise of a lifetime warranty. Three weeks and just 4 uses later, the unit started peeling and cracking around the heat element. Contacted the company. They are happy to send us a new one as soon as we pay another $100!! This piece of cr@p couldn't last a month. We paid almost $10k for it. And they want another $100 to honor a warranty after it failed. We complained and, for what it’s worth, they offered to send us a new one without having to pay the $100 (because the unit was just recently purchased). Anyway, having used it for a month, it doesn’t seem to offer the benefits they advertised. With so much into it, for now, I guess we’ll keep trying. But not confident at all. (If it magically starts working, I’ll come back here and edit this review.)

Fabulous Product, Customer Service, and Replacement Warranty
I purchased my Perfectio+ Gold device in 2017. It worked perfectly until about 2 months ago, August 2023, when the battery was not holding a charge. I contacted Zero Gravity and filed a warranty claim. Within a week I received a brand new device! Lily’s customer service was one of, if not the best customer service treatment I have ever experienced. Then I was shocked to learn that the lifetime warranty that applied to my original device also applies to the brand new replacement device that I now have!! Zero Gravity really stands behind its products! This product is expensive, but the results, plus the customer service and the extended warranty are absolutely worth it!!

I bought my device from Earth Tech Spa in Austin, TX. Got a discounted facial that was incredible. I must say BEWARE OF THE SALES PITCH. With the purchase of a $2,500. Glorifico, I was promised free facials (once a month) until the sun damage was repaired and that Barton Creek Square location would honor the appointments. I have had two (one more than I was allowed according to BCS) and asked to contact Itay at the Cedar Park location who had promised me the facials. He will not return my calls. I justified the price of the device with the facials but the promise was an empty, hollow sales pitch. Zero Gravity should be aware of with whom they allow to distribute their product.
