My ordered wasnt delivered after 1 unsuccessful attempt by the courier, they returned it to the warehouse. I contacted You Know Who's who told me I could collect the parcel from the warehouse. I declined as it was in another town and I couldn't travel so I asked for a refund. Which I was told I would receive. I has now been over a month and still no refund has been sent. I have just sent an email stating I will be taking this to the financial ombudsman

Thin towels
The towels I ordered are rubbish, didn’t look a bit like the towels in the picture. They will be going in the next charity bag. Will not be using this company again.
