This is a serious warning to anyone…

This is a serious warning to anyone considering joining XFunded.

I entered as a beginner and invested my last savings, trusting that I would be able to learn and navigate the platform with reasonable clarity. What I experienced instead was a lack of clear guidance around critical elements like the “challenge” structure, something that can directly impact your account and outcome if not fully understood from day one.

Let me be very clear: if you are new to trading, this is not the environment to “figure things out.” The rules, expectations, and consequences are not forgiving, and any misunderstanding can cost you everything.

The system is not beginner-friendly and can easily lead to complete loss if you are not already experienced and fully informed.

Do not invest money you cannot afford to lose, especially not your last savings. Take the time to deeply understand every rule, every condition, and every risk before even thinking about committing.

This is not a warning out of frustration—it’s a warning so others don’t make the same costly mistake.

Unfair $102k Account Breach: Detailed Evidence of XFunded Technical Failure and Support Negligence

I am extremely disappointed with XFunded's handling of a clear technical exception. My $100k account (#333379749) was automatically flagged as "Breached" for an "Overweek trade" on a 0.01 lot that was impossible to close due to the Good Friday market halt (Off quotes).

I proactively contacted support (Ticket #6800998) BEFORE the market closed, and even their support agent "Ika" officially confirmed in writing that the market was closed and they couldn't close the trade from their side either.

Despite this official admission of a technical market halt, they refuse to manually restore my account. The trade eventually closed in a PROFIT (+$0.76), meaning there was ZERO risk to the firm.
( I have provided all screenshots and email logs involving agents Ika, Ais, and Anisya, yet they refuse to perform a simple manual override.)

This is a clear automated system error that penalizes a professional trader for something beyond their control. I have provided all screenshots and email evidence. I am waiting for a professional resolution to restore my balance of $102,627.07. Until then, I cannot recommend this firm due to their lack of technical accountability.

All positions must have a Stop Loss set within a maximum of 5 minutes after being opened. This rule applies in all cases.

Even if a position is closed before the 5-minute window, it is still mandatory that every position has a Stop Loss set.

These rules are in place to ensure proper risk management and are applied consistently across all accounts.

I would attached some evidence how thy talk to customers. basely you never get paid even you made some profit, without any explanation the admin will put held on your account. I made profit 2 time in row but thy made excuses and told me I broke the rolls, when I ask for evidence thy simply said no to me. now i know why thy do it because the profit goes to them if you cant withdraw your money.

From what I can see on one of your reset accounts, the 45% rule was not respected.

To avoid any issues with account resets in the future, I strongly recommend requesting the full rules from support before opening new positions. This will help ensure you are fully aware of all requirements and prevent any misunderstandings.

All rules are applied consistently, and knowing them in advance is the best way to protect your account.

$10,000 payout refused with no proof + accounts locked for weeks

My experience with X-Funded has been extremely concerning.

Here are the facts:

I requested a $10,000 payout on January 23rd
For weeks, I only received generic replies like “please wait”
My account (#70200707) was then migrated without clear explanation to a new account (#333377015)
After a long delay, my payout was denied for alleged bot/HFT usage
No evidence has ever been provided to support these accusations
Each time I asked for proof → no response
My accounts have now been inaccessible for several weeks, supposedly due to “maintenance”

More recently:

They have completely stopped responding to my emails
They continue to send generic messages without any resolution

I want to be very clear:

I trade manually only
No bot, no EA, no copy trading
Fixed lot size is simply basic risk management

From my experience, this raises serious concerns:

Lack of transparency
Refusal to provide evidence
Endless delays
Payout refusal after profitability

At this stage, I am escalating this situation publicly and to the appropriate authorities.

I strongly recommend extreme caution before trusting this firm.

X-Funded has now stopped responding completely despite multiple formal notices

Incomplete information, lack of ethics

To be honest... I'd accept it if the mistake was mine, but for a simple inconvenience—my trade closing right in the middle of the news—they're taking away my account. The rules say you're prohibited from trading 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after. It says nothing about letting it run. I'm an InTrady trader, and I let my trade run all day. Here's my account number: 333376620. And I paid €1,500 for the account, so to take it away like this is unacceptable. The only solution they're offering is a discount on the next challenger, and WHAT am I supposed to do? IMPOSSIBLE! I'm spending a lot here, and I'm not going to lose it all over something so trivial. I've been trading peacefully since November, and after the migration, I've only had problems, not to mention the MT5 delay, WHICH I REPORTED IN ADVANCE. AND NOW THIS! I DEMAND AN EXPLANATION, A COHERENT SOLUTION, OR MY REFUND.

The service has no expertise

The service has no expertise
The service has no expertise. Every case is simply brushed off and not dealt with individually. They are not willing to cooperate and really respond to the individual as a trader. Individual cases and processes are not even considered, but everything is dealt with according to the rules. Not recommended. If you ever have a problem or make a minor mistake, you will lose your account and there will be no cooperation. Buy from those who have a better service and more customer oriented in evaluation issues and playing on a cooperational way.

Calculating the risk law at 1% without actual verification

My funded account never dropped below the initial balance. I generated solid profits and never incurred an actual loss exceeding 1%.
The only issue mentioned was that the stop-loss level on one trade was set slightly above 1%, but the loss was never realized. The account remained profitable at all times.
Despite this, when I requested my first payout, it was denied and the account was permanently closed.
Even so, I accepted the decision and waived any claim to the profits. My only request was to be allowed to retake the challenge without paying the fee again, but this was also denied.
This experience raises concerns about fairness and consistency in rule enforcement.

Unfair termination for an unintentional mistake - Account #1005532

I am deeply disappointed with Xfunded. My account #1005532 was terminated due to a first-time, completely unintentional news trading error. As a dedicated trader, I was proactive and reached out to support immediately to resolve the situation. I even offered to forfeit 100% of the profits from that specific trade or have my balance reset, just to show my commitment to their rules. Unfortunately, the support team was extremely rigid and showed zero flexibility for a genuine mistake. It feels like they are looking for any reason to close accounts rather than supporting their community.
UPDATE (Feb 13):
Instead of addressing the technical lag issues during the CPI news, X Funded decided to block me on X (Twitter) just for asking for a fair review of my case. This is a huge red flag! They claim to offer "arrangements" to some traders while silencing others who provide proof of system freezing. If you are a successful trader, be careful; they might silence you too instead of fixing their technical traps.

Avoid, very long payment request processing time.. 5 weeks

Response after five weeks, breach due to multiple Ip adresses without providing any proof. It happens thou that I use a VPN to secure my connection, but that was all my trading.

Closed.

=====
Update 11/02/26

4 weeks, 27 emails with support and still no reply on my withdrawal request.

=====
This is my second withdrawal request with X-Funded.

My first withdrawal was processed very quickly, but shortly after, my account was closed due to a soft rule breach (one losing trade exceeding 1% of initial capital). I accepted that decision without dispute.

I then purchased a second account, traded carefully while respecting all rules, and submitted a new withdrawal request on January 16th.

As of today, the withdrawal is still pending, far beyond the expected processing time. Despite following the rules and completing a successful trading cycle, I have not received a clear explanation or timeline.

Fast payouts are critical for trust in a prop firm. Unfortunately, this experience has raised concerns about withdrawal reliability and transparency.

Breached for a 279ms “missing SL” event on cTrader

Terrible experience. XFunded 300k account breached due to a technical “trap” on cTrader. While moving the Stop Loss, the timeline shows “SL removed” and “SL set” 279 ms later. For them, it’s enough that the system “detects” the SL as missing even for milliseconds: no evaluation of context or intent, immediate account closure and “final decision”. Poorly transparent rules and completely incompatible with dynamic SL / intraday trading. If you adjust your SL, you can be breached even without intending to.

Reply:
Thank you for the reply. For clarity, the Stop Loss was set well within the 5-minute window after opening the trade and was actively managed.
The breach was not caused by a trade being left without SL for minutes, but by a millisecond-level “SL removed” event (279 ms) that occurred during a Stop Loss adjustment, immediately followed by a new SL being set.
The issue is not the existence of a rule, but the fact that a technical remove→set sequence during SL modification is treated as a violation, despite no real exposure or intent. This distinction is not clearly disclosed in the rules and makes dynamic SL management unsafe in practice.

Please note that our rules allow 5 minutes to place or adjust a Stop Loss. If the SL is not set within this timeframe, the system considers it a violation. This is to protect the funded capital and ensure consistent risk management for all traders.

While we understand that intraday trading can be dynamic, these rules are applied consistently and fairly. The system does not act arbitrarily; it enforces the risk limits agreed upon when opening the account.

!!!Stay Away from This Company!!!

All fingers off this firm!
I requested a payout on December 23, 2025. Today is January 14, 2026, and I’m still dealing with excuses instead of a payout.

Yes, I did receive two payouts in the past, but both of them already took unusually long to process (up to 1.5 weeks each). This time, it was even worse. It took forever just to get any update at all. I contacted support more than five times, and every single response was vague and evasive. No clear status, no real explanation, just the same copy-paste line: “Please be patient.”

Honestly, I already had a bad feeling because of how long everything was dragging on. And then today, January 14, 2026, right after I mentioned that I would file a complaint with the authorities in Dubai, I suddenly received a rejection. The reason?
Apparently, my payout was denied because I supposedly traded using multiple IP addresses.

When I asked for clarification, they told me I should inform xFunded whenever I trade from a different IP.
Sorry, but is this a joke?

So every time I trade from a café, use mobile data, or simply don’t trade from home, I’m supposed to notify them? That’s absurd.

To me, this is nothing but an excuse to avoid paying out. The same goes for their rules around copy trading within the firm. This is another ridiculous “concept” that feels designed to block withdrawals rather than protect anything legitimate.

In my opinion, these are massive red flags. Anyone starting with this firm and not seeing them is seriously lacking basic judgment. I initially thought this company might be decent, but by now it has turned into the worst prop firm experience I’ve ever had.

Do yourself a favor and go with established firms like FTMO. You won’t get payouts rejected over nonsense like “changing IP addresses.”

This experience feels dishonest, unprofessional, and borderline fraudulent. Avoid!!!

At XFunded, we take account security and the protection of funded capital very seriously. The rules regarding multiple IP addresses are in place to prevent any potential fraud and ensure that accounts remain secure. Every trader is informed of these rules when opening an account. This is never used as an excuse to deny payouts, but as a strict and transparent security measure.

We understand that it may feel restrictive, but these rules are applied consistently to all traders to maintain a safe and reliable trading environment. Any payout rejections are always based on violations of the rules agreed to by the trader, never arbitrarily.

Your experience highlights the importance of following these protocols, which are designed to protect both the trader and the funded capital at XFunded.
