Choice of different brands very good, prices generally reasonable to good, ease of using website moderate. Quality of food received when received in good order excellent. However, every order we've received via evri has been damaged beyond use. Thankfully zooplus now gives a choice of transporter and dpd order received 100% so great improvement.

Great customer service, let down by slow refunds and Evri delivery
The customer service team deserves five stars. They are very kind, polite and genuinely try their best to resolve issues. Unfortunately the rest of the experience has been disappointing.
I experienced unreasonable delays receiving a refund that I had to chase up myself. To make matters worse, a large cat bed barrel I ordered in September went missing with Evri. When I requested a replacement, an politely requested them not to use Evri again.
Naturally, they dispatched the replacement with Evri anyway, so I’m not holding out much hope of ever seeing it.
Lovely staff, but the logistics and refund processes need a major overhaul.
Update: Zooplus replied that UK customers can choose their delivery carrier at checkout. That isn't the case for me, and their own delivery page says they choose the courier for standard home delivery. I'd asked them not to use Evri for my replacement, and they sent it with Evri anyway. I've now had an email saying the replacement is already delayed in dispatch. The reply doesn't address any of this or the refund delay.

Different diet for my cat is a success
I have tried a different cat food for my cat Blossom,unlike Felix cat food the one I ordered on Zooplus,was gluten free and have natural and nutritious ingredients,she seem to like it, also after eating for some time,she is less sleepy and more energetic. Will be looking in ordering more of that type of foods,as it's good deal on the subscription. Hopefully it has more varieties then just tuna and chicken.

I have used Zooplus for many years. They are superb. Order to delivery 2 to 3 days. The quality of the Royal Canin giant breed junior dry dog food is brilliant. The price is the best I have seen and on top of this the regular coupons reduce the price further! All I can say is fabulous!
