Overall Good Experience- Shipping options are outrageous!

They do look decent, overall. A minor imperfection, with is unnoticeable to someone who didn’t design it. However, shipping was completely outrageous. $15 was the lowest option. For my business, I ship large wreaths and door decorations for that price or lower. The box I received was less than half the size of a shoebox.

Packaging Issue

Items were shipped quickly and quality of items were great. However, I wish the programs were shrink wrapped to protect the items during transit and delivery. It was only secured by a paper strap, which broke. So upon delivery, the items were all spread throughout and some corners were bent.

Simple and easy to use!

Zazzle was easy to use for uploading my design. They give you a large preview before you place your order which was great to double check everything. Shipping was fast and stress free and the product I ordered looked perfect!

I did appreciate how they came sooner…

I did appreciate how they came sooner than expected. However, the white is not white-it's more yellowish/off-white. I did order a few employee badges and those compared with all the previous ones do not look as crisp and clean as the other ones that clearly look white where there is actual white.

Shipping went sideways

Shipping went sideways! Started out as US Postal Service then changed to FedEx which kept the order for 9 days! Yes, 9 days! Contacting Zazzle was a joke. Expensive order then delayed for days--unusable.

Shipping + Customer service contact issues

Update: changed to 2 stars after receiving a prompt response and fair resolutions following an instagram DM to them, which I appreciated. However I’d still recommend they review potential issues with their Chatbot connection to their ticketing system / human agents (or have AI agent respond with time frame human will contact , and ensure online support form submissions generate email confirmations with response expectations.

Original: Paid for express shipping on item but have received no updates since May 3. Label was created but never given to USPS. Chatbot online says it is transferring to human but has not done so in last 24 hours despite multiple requests. Submitted online form where they refer people for email support, but I never recieved a confirmation email of ticket creation.

I use to recommend Zazzle but will not do so moving forward.
