I love it

We are planning our wedding on Zankyou.fr and it’s been very helpful and efficient. We have also opened the wedding list with Printemps on Zankyou which is super fast and easy. Tradition and IT merge beautifully. Customer service is extremely reactive, helpful, kind and reassuring, or at least Cameron has been the 3 or 4 times we’ve asked her support. She’s great. Thank you for being there.

Good service.

Pretty expensive if you don't want your friends and family to support the cost.
Otherwise clean and functional website. Good customer service.
But about 50 promotional e-mails in 2 month ???!!!

Wedding registry not working and No replies from zankyou

I've been trying to contact Zankyou for a week now and no replies! My wedding registry is not working and i can't get assistance. All my guests are asking me about it and i can't fix it.
Very frustrating as it's hard enough organising a wedding and the website, which is how i communicate with guests doesn't work delays me so much on my planning! Consider the lack of communication when choosing your wedding website! I researched a lot and decided to go for zankyou and im really regretting it and cant change now as a lot of people have rsvp'd.
Im in Australia.

I am getting married on Saturday

I have rang more than twenty times, left multiple voicemails, emailed instant chat and sent two emails to help@zankyou and they have never responded.

I am having an issue uploading my bank details and I have monetary gifts from friends and family I cannot access.

I am left with no conclusion apart from this could be a scam.
