I discovered that I could buy the brand…
I discovered that I could buy the brand of the battery lights that I wanted from the manufacturer.I really wanted the large ones with the pull cord but decided against it because I had bought the large ones a few days earlier from Amazon but had to return them because it was impossible to take the back of off to put the batteries in.

Very helpful chat on the phone - to do with the new FRA rules coming in. I ordered 2 of these torches (that will work during a power cut) direct from the company and my order came within a few days. Reasonable price. I have recommended them to others.

We do have this information available on our 'Ordering & Shipping' page and this page is available to view from the checkout page as well. Very happy with the torches
Very happy with the torches. They were delivered the day after ordering and were well packaged. The torch light (for emergency use) is very bright and the night light a very soft orange.
