Very misleading coverage amounts for Washington state residents. Only 25,000 max medical on explorer plan when website says 150,000 no mention of reduced benefits by state residence it’s false advertising. Should call the better business bureau and report this issue so others know .

Just as shady regular health insurance. Do not buy!
I would give them a -10 if I could. Completely left in the dark. Claim has been open for 4 months and still not closed. I've complied with every request expeditiously. It even went to "special investigation" for some reason. Still waiting for an outcome, and apparently there are absolutely no humans that can do anything about it to get me an answer or speed it up.
