I ordered a ring for my daughters birthday. It took 3 weeks to come. When it arrived it was quite different from how it was advertised - in fact it was a different ring. The quality was very poor. I raised the issues I had with it in an email two weeks ago. I have recieved no communication back aside from endless promotions they are doing. Wouldn't use again, unsubbing.

My order arrived today. The tea is amazing. I really enjoyed the taste. Perfect balance.
The necklace is beautiful.
I know a few people have stated it takes forever to ship and yes mine took 2 weeks but it does state this on the
website.
I didnt order the tea to burn calories my reasons were for the fact that the ingredients have so many health benefits.
I would buy again. Thank you so much.

I love this company and their teas!
I have been struggling over winter with comfort eating and cravings for all the wrong foods.
Since using all of the different teas, switching my morning coffee to japanese matcha and drinking loads of water my cravings have gone! I am more energised and want to get out and walk!
The night time BCNW is lovely and helps me get off to sleep.
I have even taken up Yogaish (qui gong, yoga and pilates).
I am feeling like a new me and I am determined to see a difference on the scales and in the way my clothes fit me. Thank you both for your amazing tasting teas. 💕

I'm a big fan of loose leaf tea. In fact, I work as a Host for a loose leaf tea shop. So it wasn't surprising when I came across an advert for Witches Tea and was immediately interested!

The website was informative with telling you the benefits of each tea and its ingredients. It's done in a way were in easy to understand and doesn't sound like a bunch of complete jargon like other website.

I quickly ordered the Burn Calories Not Witches tea. Oh my......this is a delicious tea! Herbal and earthy! Now, normally I am not a fan of earthy teas but this tea? It's light, subtle, refreshing. Now we are on the cusp of summer, I'm thinking that it would be great iced! I can't wait to try that!

Now it does say to allow 2 weeks for the tea to arrive as its made to order and done in-house. This actually attracted me MORE to buying the tea as this means the batch I order will always me fresh!

My husband ordered 2 charms for my birthday in plenty of time. They finally arrived 2 weeks after the day despite numerous messages and assurances. As an apology, I was to be sent an extra one. It didn't arrive. After messaging again he was told it would be sent out last Monday, I'm still waiting. While the charms themselves are lovely they are far more expensive than in other outlets. The quality of service from Witches Tea can only be described as terrible. Will not be using them in future.

It was my husband messaging you most of the time. He was told on 2 separate occasions that the items would have been posted on certain dates only to be told on both occasions you had missed the posting dates. There have been at least 3 different 'reasons' given for this ranging from looking after your niece to mental health issues.
Looking at other low ratings on here this does seem to be usual.
Yes, as you say you may have tracking of postage for the 'apology' charm. I have proof of the date of the original order and payment and I'm sure your tracking will confirm the date of delivery several weeks later. I also still have copies of the messages sent to and received by you and their dates. Yes, you've also offered me a £5.00 voucher and a free tarot reading. I will not be taking you up on your offer.
You say you feel you do not deserve the 1 star rating. I can assure you, especially after the tone of your reply and finding the same charms on Temu at a fraction of the price, I would give a zero star rating if I could.

I met Willow and Emerald at a Moon light market at the weekend. What lovely, genuine people! So good to put actual people to the names.
I stocked up on some more burn calories not witches tea, including the night time version - I enjoy drinking these teas, and feel they really do help with my weight loss journey.
I also had a wonderful reading with Willow, very relevant! Willows style of delivery really resonated with me. A thoroughly enjoyable and meaningful experience.

I recently tried the ‘burn calories not witches’ blend which was highly recommended to me by multiple people! And I’m truly amazed by the results, I switched my morning espresso for a pot of this 2 weeks ago and I feel much more alert energised and focused in the mornings! What surprised me the most was the flavour! So easy to sip along side my breakfast, I no longer suffer with brain fog it certainly seems to speed up my metabolism as i have seen some positive results on my waistline!! The only thing I have changed in my diet is witches tea 🥰

Wasn’t sure when ordering this tea but I have been very pleased with it. The tea tastes lovely and I have definitely noticed a reduction in my appetite and cravings. Will definitely be ordering again.

I love witches tea,especially their range of slimming teas- I call it mounjaro for witches.I especially like the burn calories not witches blends.I take it first thing in the morning, blend 2 after lunch and then the night time one at bed.I have been losing 2lb a week and the food noise and cravings have gone. It has helped stabilise my blood sugar and given me more energy and a better night's sleep.For the first time in 20 years the weight is shifting and I have been able to stop snacking.

I first want to compliment Witch’s Tea, Willow and Emerald for amazing customer service and delightful products. Herbal teas have always been a favorite of mine. So, after running across a Facebook page of Witches Tea, I decided to give them a try.

I ordered the Burn Calories Not Witches ritual blends, they were delicious and very much delivered. I lost 15 lbs and 2 pants sizes. I live in the USA, so my orders take a month to reach me. Now I order my blends one month in advance so I won’t run out. The Releaf and Sweet Moss are also must haves!

Willow and Emerald have reached out to me to be sure I have received my tea blends I was enjoying them.

If you are looking for an herbal tea blend to help you lose a few pounds, better sleep, relaxation, more energy.. or just a tea to sip and enjoy, Witches Tea will have a blend for you.

I've always enjoyed fruit teas, but never really tried herbal blends until trying Witches Tea. And they really are a game changer.
The flavours are amazing and nothing like you would expect.

Where to start! I have came across Witches Tea when I was after certain teas and couldnt find a lot herbal companies within normal price range or stuff i wanted. I was extremely happy when I found WT as it was like coming to old apothecary virtually. I am extremely satisfird with customer service,its so natural,friendly and respectful. And the products!!!! I tried first time Burn Calories not witches daily set....and i am extremely surprised ! I havent drank it daily as life got busy,but i got back to it and let me tell you. As person with sitting job there are many challenges despite great diet a regular exercise. After drinking the tea my bloating is gone,there is visible difference in shape and loss of some weight !! And i tried a lot of diets and supplements.....so of course i bought full set,samhain tea to add 🤭 and last but not least...the pumpkin spice dandelion coffee. As coffee addict,i know good stuff 😁 finally coffee that i can drink in evening. ITS AMAZING!!🍂🍁
