The courier lost my original package but when I emailed wiggle they got back quickly and sent out another package.
Are they closing?
It seems like the business has to be shutting down. Ordered early on a Tuesday hoping it might even get dispatched the same day, but it actually shipped 8 days later. It sat as ‘processing’ for almost a week. I couldn’t easily cancel when I saw it was taking so long. Even their emails are off with the confirmation coming super slowly and all the emails I receive today (29 October) give a latest estimate for delivery of 27 October. Pretty poor show.
Returns difficult and no chance of contacting them
Items were sent quickly, but were both poor quality so I decided to return them. The information on the website for returns isn't clear and lacks basic information for what you should do. A kink for a returns form goes nowhere and then you just go round in circles trying to find more info. There IS ABSOLUTELY no way you're going to be able to email or phone Wiggle/Sports Direct. Even a ChatGPT search of the web didn't turn up that info. Only after printing my invoice did I find the instructions for returning items. You have to pay for return postage, which lots of other retailers don't make you do. Never using Wiggle/sports direct again.
Sizing a laugh and have to return at my expense
Bought 2 items of cycling clothing, both turned up and I don't know who the sizing was for but they must have been done on a 10 year old. So I have to return them at my expense, I've paid a fortune in postage and packing and have nothing to show for it. Won't be using Wiggle again.
Take your money...don't deliver on time.
Order placed on 15th ...next day delivery paid for and estimated delivery date 16th. Writing this at 21.33 on the 17th (having stayed in all day) and parcel still out for delivery. Wiggle and Evri should be ashamed.

Zip up jersey was extremely thin and sizing was to small,im usually an xxl size but bought a xxxx just to have a bit more room, but now have the hassle of sending it back and wait a refund

I order two pairs of running leggings. I am quite slim and normally take a size 8 or 10. I opted for a 10 but they were so small I couldn't even get them over my knees! Normally (from any other supplier) I would return them and order a couple of sizes up, but there is no way to contact customer services, and it's not clear which supplied actually provided the legging, so unclear where to send back to. I will not be using Wiggle again, which is a shame because I used to get all my running and cycling gear from them.
Poor communication
Have sent me a tracking number that Evri don’t recognise, I can see this going wrong. This company asked me to review how they were doing, so this is honest and accurate feedback
