I ordered a Speedo swimsuit. It's a nice design, but compared to previous purchases (DHB, TYR, and Maru) the product is poor quality. The fabric is horribly textured and scratchy, and the stitching i... See more

Crappy socks from Sports Direct !

My wife and I used to buy from Wiggle all the time, but haven't shopped with them for a while, since their liquidation problems. I returned to them and I bought 4 pairs of Merino walking socks from them two weeks ago. They arrived from Sports Direct, which wasn't apparent on the Wiggle website (I don't buy from Sports Direct as their products tend to be so low quality). They have started to wear thin at the heels already after only 2 walks in them ! The website doesn't allow customers to leave product reviews anymore so I can't warn people off these socks. Their "returns form" link takes you nowhere and the "contact us" link just take you to a page of FAQs. They've gone from been a great supplier to no good at all !

Poor customer support

Poor customer support. My order didn’t turn up. Took ages on the web chat to speak to a human. Human was rude and didn’t care that my order hadn’t arrived. Told me it was lost in the warehouse. Now I’m waiting on a replacement which is going to take at least a week to arrive. All just a hassle. Next time I’ll order elsewhere.

£200 down the drain

Ordered from Wiggle over 10 days ago and still no delivery in sight. My order states has been delivered but have not received a thing. No prospect of my order or a refund. Shocking… will not use again.

Awful returns 'process'

Ordering on the website is okay. But woe betide if you want to return anything.
- no instructions in the parcel.
- there is supposedly a form on the website, the link goes nowhere.
- there is a returns address but no instructions on what paperwork to include to ensure you get a refund.
- if you've bought something from a third party you have to send it somewhere else but they can't tell you if it's from a third party, you have to go through your emails and see if it's a different type of invoice (this is ridiculous).
- there is no customer service telephone number to be found anywhere.
- I googled an email address and eventually I found customerservice at wiggle dot com I wasn't expecting a response but I did actually get one, surprising.
- the advisor basically told me to write a note to put in the parcel and send it back (at my own expense)

Wiggle used to be pretty good but they're under new ownership who will run it into the ground. I probably won't use them again because it's been incredibly frustrating. I will have to see if I get my refund.

“I don’t know who the scammer is

“I don’t know who the scammer is, but I was deceived. I was forced to pay 58 riyals upon receiving the package, and I was not informed about this by you. They claim it is a customs tax.”

I’ve been a long-term Wiggle customer

I’ve been a long-term Wiggle customer, but unfortunately my recent experience means I won’t be shopping here again.

My Garmin Forerunner 965 developed a major fault after around 18 months of normal use. Garmin confirmed it couldn’t be repaired and that the fault wasn’t due to misuse. When I contacted Wiggle for support, I learned that the original Wiggle company has gone into administration and the brand is now owned by Frasers Group. The new owners have stated they have no responsibility for any past orders, warranties, or customer issues, despite continuing to trade under the Wiggle name.

This means customers with legitimate problems under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are redirected to the administrators, where there is very little prospect of a practical resolution.

I’m sharing this so that anyone considering a major purchase is aware that Wiggle (as it exists today) will not support warranty or consumer rights claims for items purchased before the takeover, and customers are left with no meaningful recourse.

A disappointing outcome after years of loyalty.

Still a good place to Shop online.

Still a good place to Shop online.
I like to buy from Wiggle as the prices are fair and the viarity of products is good however I have seen a fall on product like the DHB line etc.
Also shipping cost are high comparing to other online retailers and take ages to receive your goods.. needs improving.

Not nearly as good as it used to be

There was a large number of items, but a lot of them were no longer available in my size (12).

Wiggle has definitely gone downhill in the last year or so - it used to have a much better variety of stock, and I never had difficulty getting my size.
