I didn’t receive my package

The quality is great!
But customer service is poor no way to speak with a human I have questions about my glasses. I placed an order for 2 more pairs but I wouldn’t recommend your company and will never get my glasses again from your site.

Pricing was a bit higher than my past purchases through Zeno and Firmoo, but there were a lot more options through your company so opted to try. The prescriptions worked well when I received my glasses, but the shipping frame and delivery on these glasses was way longer than with other glasses purchases I’ve made.

Oh, I just am the biggest fan of them! I tried firmoo, ssllac, eyebuy direct and they are fine and all but where light is more my style, the website Is eyecatching and fun! Not 2 mention the types of flashy and unique as well as all the normal, classic hitters. As someone who's worn glasses and used to go to eyemart regularly. Paying at least $300 for a $60 (one of lower priced frames) and almost 200 plus for my higher prescription due to a bad astigmatism in both eyes so getting them thinned out so they wouldn't be coke bottled. It's such a rip off and now I pay less than $50 (due to killer flash sales and promotions year round for my glasses. I'm so happy i found them. It's easy to order and shipping is quick! Xoxx

You have many rainbow colored glasses to pick from. The delivery time was reasonable, I think maybe on description of glasses let people know if the lenses your glasses come with, can be taken to any optometrist and a person's prescription lenses be put in by their personal optometrist.

I love my glasses, but the black ones hurt the side of my ear.

I have ordered four or five pairs from you and have never been unhappy with them. They are well made and prescription has always been correct. Will continue ordering from you

I had an issue with my frames and they are remaking them for me for no extra charge! How nice to have a company take care of the customer!

The glasses came.They took a while to get here. I like the glasses.They're very clear, but I'm didn't like the one style that I received, I refer to the the pink ones,or maybe purple. I'm not sure what color they are. The glasses were larger than I expected. But I ordered the glasses, so it's my responsibility that they were bigger.It's just hard sometimes to see online.How big or how hard they are to get so period I gave you a four because it took so long for you to get period I have no regrets working with you.

Sadly the lenses were all wrong. The company offers a coupon, but I don't want to order from them again. The viewable area through the lenses were dime sized, everything blurry around the edges.

I ordered 2 pairs of regular glasses. The prescription and fit were fine but, they added a bifocal I did not request. Also, did not include the tint I ordered. I asked for a refund especially since it took a month for them to arrive.

"Phyllis" keeps going in circles asking for pics saying this is a prescription, then a fit issue. No, it's a you adding stuff I didn't order issue. I have sent 5 emails saying the same thing. Will never put myself through this again.
