Delivery was delayed by 7 days, although I did receive a refund for the bike assembly service because of the delay. When the bike finally arrived, the front brake was squealing and the rear tyre was wobbling from side to side. I reported both issues and was offered a free electric pump. I appreciate the gesture, but that's not really the point. When you spend this much money on a brand-new bike and pay extra for the “Ready to Ride” service, you expect it to arrive properly checked and ready to ride. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience.

The bike came really well packaged which is great to see compared to another well known store I've used. The wheelbase bag is also a nice touch to store paperwork and other bits and bobs.
