This is a scam website

This is a scam website. They sent me a faulty item, then refused to exchange or refund it. They also tried to add really expensive extra costs for post long after receiving the item via phone and letters. The post was already expensive, their customer service is really bad and Im contacting my bank for a refund! Avoid this website at all costs!

Regarding "Extra Costs via Letter/Phone": We (WAFUU) never send physical letters or call customers to demand extra payment after delivery. The invoices you received are undoubtedly for Import Duties and Taxes charged by your country's government and the shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx/DHL), not by us. As stated in our policy, these customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Regarding the "Faulty Item": We strictly follow our return policy. If an item is truly faulty, we accept returns or refunds upon verification (e.g., photos). If your request was declined, it may have been due to a lack of provided evidence.

Please contact our support team again with your order details and photos of the defect. We are happy to assist if the correct procedure is followed.

Order returned to sender by customs, no refund

I place an order last June 28th
( order WAFUU37921).
To this day (24th of SEPTEMBER, 3 months later), I still haven’t received it.
The tracking says customs returned it to sender on the 7th of July because of wrong or missing customs formalities on their part, but they won’t refund. Worst customer care I have ever seen. I will never order from them again, no protection whatsoever. I discourage you from buying from them unless you can use paypal. I will now have to contact my bank and ask for a chargeback as they won’t do anything, not even contact the carrier.

Perfect

I ordered some tools on Sunday 31/8/25 (BST) and they were delivered to me in UK on Friday 05/09/2025!

This company is truly excellent; their website is brilliant and very easy to use, the products are exactly as described, there were zero hidden costs, the delivery fee was fair, no customs costs or delays were incurred, the packaging was perfect so the items arrived in prime condition and the package was delivered from Japan to my front door in six days!

Would not hesitate to use again and recommend to anyone.

A shining example of the Japanese' dedication to doing their utmost best with any task.

Good experience all around

I first ordered a $230 item, then decided I wanted to instead order an upgraded version of it, so I chatted on their chat box. Took a few days for a response but my old order got cancelled just fine. Then I ordered the new thing, took 5 days to arrive in perfect condition.

Excellent Support team

Ordered an Item which arrived very quickly.

The support team were very polite and contacting them was very straight forward.
Indication of an excellent company is it's backup service when matters dont go according to plan.

Very nice service and super fast…

Very nice service and super fast delivery! I had to contact support due to wrong delivery information, and they responded super quickly, very politely, were actually helpful, and solved the problem immediately.

The delivery was super fast, just a few days later, and it was very well packaged. Super satisfied with it, it was my first time ordering from Japan to Denmark, and it was a great experience

Wrong merchandise shipped, no replacement

Ordered a t-shirt from them. Cost with shipment USD 86. They sent the wrong one, and when asked to rectify the error (which they acknowledged) they told me in a long AI generated email that they won't do anything. A complete waste of time and money. Avoid them and buy elsewhere !

Please note that as of your review date (June 2, 2025), the standard version of Pokémon GO Plus + was still in stock in large quantities. In fact, later that same day at 19:07 (JST), you placed a second order for two items totaling ¥20,979, which was successfully processed and shipped.

Read the one stars. Items show as in stock on their website just to attract custom. Hold on to your money then eventually send you an email saying the item was never in stock in the first place.

Not reliable, not responsive.

I ordered an expensive turntable cartridge almost two weeks ago and it hasn’t even shipped yet. No human response to my repeated messages, just generic auto-replies asking for patience. Next step is to involve my credit card issuer and block payment. Although the price was right, any price is too high if you don’t get the product.

Super speedy delivery

I ordered on the 26th December and it arrived today. I was gutted I couldn't bring back &honey from my time in japan in Nov but this website really pulled through. The items are so expensive here in the UK and you never know if it's legit. The packaging, the prices and the shipping speed are all amazing imo. I will be placing another order at some point in the next month on skin care 💕waafu for the win🫶🏻
