I always have troubles almost every month

I always have troubles almost every month. Internet is suddenly gone. I‘m with them for 5 years now, always hoped that it‘ll get better. But no. Please get another provider. Telekom is best from what I know. Don‘t fall into the trap like me just because it‘s cheaper.

2026 problems

TWO months to fix problem ?
still they didnt fix it
When i call one person than another one, one hour on cellphone...Telefoniert in 2 month maybe twenty times..
Changed ruter by them, bought another one from mediamarket, changed cables
Few email or non to contact.. They dont even deserve one star.
I didnt signup for someone to make me pay, and make me as fool.. I am mad

Never ever again!

My experience:
Never ever again! Support from hell!
They lie to you, try to aggressivly push you into new contracts and cut unwanted ones. I tried to change my private internet into a business one and get a new mobile contract. They failed in every way to make offers and then cut my private internet. I am so stunned and mad about how they tread me it is beyond words.

Phenomenal customer support (Gamal)

Though the wait time was long, my patience was rewarded. I had excellent customer service. Gamal, the name of the person who answered the phone, was phenomenal. He is doing a great service to this company!

Ever since I switched over my wifi…

Ever since I switched over my wifi disconnecting several times a day. My speeds are terrible and I'm a gamer so this is a problem. The router looks so outdated it makes no sense. Im very disappointed in the product when the advertising says otherwise and the salesperson. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND another company due to everyday consistent problems.

Frequent outages for days. 1 week/month ZERO internet. Interruptions and slow speeds in between. Hotline waiting times >1h.

From January 2026, every single month I get ZERO internet for about a week/month, with extremely slow speeds and very frequent interruptions in between. The customer waiting times are >1h. E.g., last two times I called, I had to wait 75 minutes and 120 minutes, respectively. What's even worse is that they say they can't do anything about it, as it's a broadband problem. They also say that they can't send me a back-up mini router with a sim card.

This should be illegal.

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever. I tried to transfer my eSim to a new device, ordered a new eSim QR, but before even receiving it, the current eSim got blocked. And the new one didn't happen to arrive either. It took about 14 hours for their customer service to reply and in the end they just said "the new one will be delivered in 2-3 workdays". And it's Friday. So, am I basically stuck without any access to 2FA-dependent services as banking for half a week? Seems so.

The biggest mistake I have ever made…

The biggest mistake I have ever made going with this Vodafone. I just can’t wait to get off this stupid contract and even if they offer free service I will not accept. As I write this review I am on hold for over 35min for a technician to see and take care of the internet big time disappointing for a company as big as Vodafone

One of the most trash and hideous Company ever

One of the most trash and hideous service ever seen in my life. I wish nobdy can buy,but the developers are simply lazy and not good. The wifi connections are always usntable,i feel like its "scamming me" and i dont liek this. I want to give a zero if i want but sadly i coudnt. I relaly hope developers pay attention to this message,rather than not caring at all,because this is not makign me happy at all. This is making the entrie customers mad. This Company has zero good reasons for people to buy it. Wifi keeps lagging and doesnt work, like what is this? Fixing problem takes forever. I feel like I am being scammed here,and its not cool or funny at all. I hope nobdy else buys this company. This company is soo bad that it doesnt even deserve to have rating. I woudl give them negative infinity star. If not infintiy,then probably grahams,rayos,Tree3,buzzy beaver, in negative but not 0,it doesnt deserve that.What a Megadoodoo,congratulations vodafone,you should celebrate for your 1.4 star rating out of 5! SO tuff 🤓!

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. Every day the internet stops working for hours. The fees go up each month. And there is a "contract" that binds you to use them for a year. Yet the prices rise. Unreasonable. Avoid.

⭐☆☆☆☆

⭐☆☆☆☆ — Misled at home by sales rep, now paying double. Vodafone refuses to fix it.

A Vodafone sales representative came to my home in Mannheim (January 2026) and signed me up for GigaZuhause 1000 Kabel. He handled everything himself — I never visited a store.

He promised me:
✅ Wechsler-Angebot (switcher discount) from day one
✅ He would personally cancel my O2 contract and submit all proof to Vodafone
✅ €80 Guthaben to cover activation costs
✅ GigaTV cancelled — I told him clearly I didn't need it

The Wechsler discount was the ONLY reason I agreed to switch. My O2 contract runs until 14.10.2026 — the rep knew this and wrote the date in his own handwritten notes during the visit.

— WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED —

Weeks after activation, the same rep was still asking me via WhatsApp for my O2 Kundennummer — a task he had promised to handle. He then told me to email the cancellation proof to Vodafone myself.

I got the O2 cancellation confirmation on 03.04.2026 and emailed it to Vodafone on 06.04.2026.

On 13.04.2026, Vodafone sent me a letter saying the proof arrived "too late" and the Wechsler-Angebot would NOT be applied. This is the same proof the rep was supposed to submit — weeks before the deadline.

— THE DAMAGE —

💸 February 2026: €61.98 charged at full price (incl. €42 activation fee)
💸 May 2026: €53.62 charged — again full price, zero discount
💸 Total charged so far: over €115 with NO discount
💸 €80 Guthaben never credited
💸 GigaTV still being charged — rep confirmed cancellation on WhatsApp: "Oke we will cancel it" — never happened
💸 I am paying BOTH O2 and Vodafone simultaneously until October 2026

— EVIDENCE I HAVE —

I have full documentation:
📱 Complete WhatsApp conversation with the Vodafone rep
📄 Vodafone letter dated 13.04.2026
📄 O2 Kündigungsbestätigung (end date 14.10.2026)
📄 My email to Vodafone dated 06.04.2026 with O2 proof
🏦 Bank statements showing double payments to both providers

I have sent a formal written complaint to kundenservice email and a registered letter to Vodafone West GmbH in Düsseldorf.

If this is not resolved, I will escalate to the Bundesnetzagentur Schlichtungsstelle and the Verbraucherzentrale Baden-Württemberg.

Vodafone — Kundennummer: 769964905. You have all my details. Please do the right thing.

I switched providers to SAVE money. Instead I am paying more than ever — because of YOUR representative's failure, not mine.

If you don't want to have headache…

If you don't want to have headache dealing with them, don't sign for Vodafone..
The way they share issues within departments blows my mind..
You call them and want to do something, the contact center, gives you another number for you to call them. Then they tell you they can't do something, and give you another number of the other department for you call them, to start all over again.
They cooperate as to not being under one company..

Wish I could leave 0 stars. I have been trying to cancel my phone contract for 3 months (after my 24 month term ended), and every call they tell me they've cancelled it, then charge me again for another month! Absolutely ridiculous, it's practically theft. DO NOT go with vodafone. Their customer service is a joke and you will loose hours of your life.

Worst internet provider ever

Worst internet provider ever, don't even know where to start and where to finish.. the internet connection is a joke - multiple disconnects per day, that's with the expensive business option (as a private person not owning a business but they don't give IPv4 without the business option).. the customer service ("Premium" because business option) is also a joke.
