I went for a regular eye test and the optometrist saw I had a small tear at the back of my retina. She said it was an emergency and should be treated as such. The following morning a phone call by the hospital asked me to go that afternoon for laser surgery.Complete success. Extremely grateful to the the lady at Vision Express. Thankyou

Optician was very thorough, explaining the condition of my eyes. The frames I chose were not satisfactory and on returning them to the store there was absolutely no problem resolving the issue. I now have a perfect replacement. So if there is an issue Vision Express will deal with it very satisfactorily

Customer service was excellent from beginning to end of the appointment.Staff polite courteous and nothing was to much trouble for myself as the customer.
The eye test was completed without the customer rushed in anyway.When it came to making a choice on glasses the customer adviser was patient kind and offered advice when required.

I visited my Vision Express in Braintree to see if they could repair my sunglasses. I did not have an appointment but they quick to have someone with me to help. A friendly and very helpful member of the team, (I think her name was Hollie), repaired my sunglasses and gave me some useful product information about the Meta Sunglasses.

The staff at Canterbury were extremely customer-focused throughout my visit. The optician was thorough, professional, and genuinely caring.

The gentleman who helped me choose my glasses was amazing — he immediately put me at ease, gave honest opinions, and explained the care plan and offers in a helpful, non-pushy way.

If it hadn’t been for the three members of staff who assisted me, I probably wouldn’t have ordered from Vision Express or chosen to remain a loyal customer.

Everyone is very helpful, and a problem with the health of one of my eyes was quickly identified and a course of action implemented.
In addition the range of available frames is astounding, with staff being heloful and knowledgeable.

Ordered meta glasses as it says delivery will be by 22nd chased my order today and that has changed to the 29th!!!!. Do not trust the delivery days it tells you this is just to get you to buy from them, I brought these for my holiday and now will be going away before they arrive. Will never return to vision express after this poor service.

Staff were polite and friendly
Although my eye test wasn't due, I was having a problem so it was recommended that I went to have my eyes checked.
Optician was thorough and gave good advice. Listened and answered my questions and concerns without me feeling rushed. Thankyou everyone, one happy customer

After advanced eye tests (standard +OCT) I was helped by Maisha to choose frames. After nearly three hours I finally chose some beautiful Chanel cateye frames. To help with the cost of these, I joined the Eye Care Plan (20% off first pair and a second pair- frames and lenses, interest free credit over two years). Significantly reduced total cost. I’ve been a Vision Express customer for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

First class service friendly staff excellent experience
The only thing I would say that it is a small shop and feels like you have no privacy when you are paying for your glasses or having a conversation

I had brilliant service by the team in Vision Express Lymington .
Needing help with glasses that were uncomfortable with my new hearing aids . They provided me with a solution, a new style of frames at little cost to myself.
