Some visas didn't come
A family we know applied for visa for 4 people several weeks in advance of the trip. 2 came relatively quickly but the other 2 still hadn't arrived before departure.
This is NOT the official government site. The fees are more than double the official fee. Since it must pass through another step, it takes longer.
They pay Google to get their listing high in searches so people can think this is the official site.
Maybe they can be of help for someone that is very unused to this kind of procedure. But they didn't deliver on time to this family in spite of high fees.
There are many companies like this that look official, take high fees and take longer. Official sites will usually have .gov (government) or shorter .go in the link address.
