Vets Now provides this trusted service to more than 1000 veterinary practices across the UK — from over 60 dedicated out-of-hours clinics and two 24/7 pet emergency hospitals. In total, we treat around 200,000 small animals every year — our highly-skilled team works hard throughout the night, weekends and Bank Holidays. So whether you’re in Aberdeen, Belfast or Portsmouth we’re there for you and your pet when you need us most.
We’ve also pioneered other ways to help pets, pet owners and the veterinary profession, such as our comprehensive referrals service and providing our staff with industry-leading training and development opportunities. We phoned up and we're told too come down straight away. We were given the costing so their were no hidden surprises. Given good directions. Lovely lady dealt with us on the phone. Vet was lovely put us at ease and did a thorough examination of our Dog. Explained everything too us gave medication and some to take home. Lady was really good sorting out payment and insurance procedure. Would 100% recommend people to use Vets Now if they are in trouble. Thank you all.

All very good until the vet told me…
All very good until the vet told me that half of my dogs brain was not working, I was referred to Stansted Veterinary Clinic, where the vet did a series of tests and said brain was fine , so maybe in future Vets Now should not give that sort of information and leave it to the experts

The staff are very kind amd caring
The staff are very kind and caring. They all love their jobs and love taking care of our little ones. I felt a lot of empathy from the staff. They were also great with communication when my pup was in critical overnight.
