US National Credit Solutions USA 

I'm not quite sure what to think about this company. It sounded pretty promising at first, but after 4 payments i was told i still have 16 more to go which is more than what i originally owed. So I don't know what the assistance is about. They just pay for you but keep a lot of the money. I'm canceling mine immediately and negotiate directly with my debt companies.

This agency attracts you with false promises. Years go by and you actually pay more than you owe, and monthly they charge you three fees for a total of more than one hundred dollars. You cancel and they don't refund you, and they also destroy your credit. It's advisable if you have any problems, consult the creditors directly; they will provide you with better help to pay them. The representatives are rude and lie to you under the pretext of helping Hispanics.

Awful.i have no clue where this company purchased my information from. The agent that called me was rude, entitled, misinformed and not helpful. She lacked emotional intelligence and seemed desperate to close the deal. I reminded her that as a consumer and potential client I deserved respect. She gave me a strange first name I cannot recall, last name Gomez and an agent code of A0186. This did not appear to be a reputable company based on the call center team they hire. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Super bad experience. Do not use it, at first, they are very friendly to get you to sign up with them, but they don't explain all their fees. at the end of the day, 75%of your money goes to their fees and the rest to your debts, even though they get to cut your debt a little bit, they take a lot of your money.

US National should be held to a standard, I only wish that every other debt settlement company I’ve tried would’ve helped me like US did , awesome customer service agents helped me answer all of my questions. Im definitely telling my college mates about this company.
