I bought a Tag Heuer Carrera Heuer 01 that was completely out of the spec (losing 18s per day, spec says up to -5s) and did not match the test results at all (they claimed +3s/day). After complaining they told me to send the watch back for service, which took 3 months, twice the estimate I had been given, without any communication from their side at all. When I finally got my watch back they shipped it in a ziploc bag, which means they didn't return my box and somehow must believe that it's acceptable to ship a watch without ANY sort of protection.

Good customer service! The delivery was a bit late (not a big issue) however the customer service keeps me in the loop and replying whenever I reached out.

I have now tried three times since July to order an Omega Speedmaster from Uret. Each time the watch was advertised as “in stock” with 1–2 day delivery. Each time, after placing the order, I was told it had to be sourced externally with no guaranteed delivery date.

• First order (July): delayed over 18 days, cancelled.
• Second order (August): again “in stock” but unavailable.
• Third order (September): forced to choose an older, more expensive model. Credit check performed twice. Order still pending weeks later.

This is not how a professional e‑commerce business should operate. Their supply chain is broken, their customer service vague, and their stock listings misleading.

Uret may have attractive prices, but the reality is endless waiting, false promises, and frustration. If they were honest about their business model — sourcing watches after orders are placed — customers could make an informed choice. Instead, they mislead buyers with false “in stock” claims.

Avoid unless you enjoy disappointment.

It was my 2nd time shopping here for a well described product. The delivery was sadly dragged for longer than expected, but the quality of the product remains high, just like the 1st time. I also got good response from the customer service Sarah (not everyone is as understanding as she is, though) when I reached out, so I will keep myself a return customer in the future, and fully support this store.

Pretty lousy customer service. Purchased a pre owned Omega that began having issues within the first week. Sent the product back for service, now the problem has began happening again. Contacted them saying I found it unacceptable and wished to return it in exchange for credit for a different model. They told me no, but you can sell it back to us. Probably won't be using this company again.

Update now I received a reply from them saying that they are not interested in purchasing this model back from me. Wow, what a great experience.

Long delivery time but I surmise this is because of their QC procedures. Once my package arrived it was so solidly wrapped I thought they had sent me a bowling ball. Quality of watch as, or even slightly better than expected. Recommended but only for the patient customer.

Ordered a used watch which after 5 emails, 3 phone calls and 1.5 months later "disappeared" in transport.

When I asked for a similar watch for the same price, they could no longer offer this.

In addition, the exact same pictures were used for another watch 2 days after my order as the pictures of the watch I originally ordered.
