About to move into our new home and after numerous recommendations from friends i went into the store and was amazed by all the choice and quality..
Thankyou to Sean and the team for helping me choose the the right Carpets and Laminate with a quick installation by very good fitters.

Great shop lovely staff had stairs done looks great thanks to the fitter Kyle and have to mention Kelly from customer services for changing the date to this weekend instead of next at short notice !

I had my lounge and passageway recently carpeted and couldn't be happier, the guys arrived when they said they would and immediately went to work, I struggle with my knees at moment but they told me to sit back and not worry. They were excellent very professional and quality of workmanship 💯 the carpet is amazing like being on a mattress, would Def recommend them to family and friends 😊😊👍

A special thank you to Simon, who helped me from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave honest, helpful advice with absolutely no pressure. He took time to explain all my options, brought out samples, and made sure I was completely happy with my choices. Nothing was too much trouble, and his service was outstanding.

Delivery and fitting went smoothly and on time, and I’m delighted with my new flooring.

From start to finish the buying experience was great. In the store the sales team were attentive, they listened and helped me without pressure to make my decision. The man who came to measure took time to explain why we needed what we needed to give me the best outcome. The fitters arrived on time, were professional, and did an excellent job.

Always do a good job, fairly priced, Gerry (I think) is a smashing chap and gives great advice....always would return to these.

My customer service experience at United Beds & Carpets in Mansfield has been exceptional. Simon listened to what I wanted and gave me me information and advice on the best carpet and underlay. I am loving my new carpet, thankyou! I would highly recommend buying your carpet from them.
