I am a HUGE fan. Love the designs and the quality. Every order i placed so far, was shipped fast without complications. I cannot wait to stop by their store in Barcelona next weekend.

Return sent but no refund recieved
I sent in a return at the end of November 2025 and to date have not received my refund despite being in regular contact with their customer service team. I have bought items from them in the past and were impressed with the quality of the clothes but this experience has ensured that I will not be buying from them again which is a real shame.
Absolutely do not recommend, no refund after a month of return delivered
Absolutely do not recommend. I made a return of products with a total cost of 278 euros. I ordered the smallest XS size I always use, but it is still very big for me; the skirt just drops down. The return was delivered one month ago. I have the proof of delivery from UPS, and still no refund. I have contacted support, and they are saying there is no return registered in their return portal, Rever. When I registered my return from there, I can see that my return status is In Review. That is an absolute scam and unprofessional support.
They have found my return request in Rever and promised to issue the refund asap.
Tiny Cottons is a thief
It's been 3 years but I still get annoyed by what happened. I bought a dress in their Outlet section. I hadn't realized that you can't return items that were bought in the Outlet section. The dress cost 70 euros so it's not like it was that cheap to begin with. I sent the dress back because it was huge. I looked like I was wearing a circus tent. I waited and waited but didn't receive a refund. I messaged them and they stated that they don't give refunds on outlet purchases. I then asked them to send the dress back to me as I sew and could use it as material to make my daughter something rather than losing out on 70 euros. They wouldn't send the article back. In my opinion this is literally daylight robbery as they didn't return the money and they also wouldn't return the dress. Tiny cottons are thieves. I sometimes see things of theirs that I'd like to buy but then I stop myself. I don't want to be ripped off again. I also still tell people about my experience as I view it was so unfair. We treated them politely and with respect and they basically spat in our faces.

More than 3,weeks ago I returned an item. There is still no refund. Impossible to contact them , I always get an automated answer .
Their fault is my loss
They sent me my package with a misspelled name, I double checked the order confirmation and it was correct. It took me 3 weeks to get the package and by the time I got it I couldn’t return anything since they only have 14 days return. Nothing fits me, even if I ordered my size everything fits big or is bulky and too long. I tried to call their customer support number every day for 2 weeks and it is basically a fake number that no matter what time you call in the day they say there are no workers available and hang up. I’ve written three emails, they responded to one after two weeks and said they could help me return, I replied back and haven’t received an answer or any help in over a week. The order is over €600 since their clothes are so expensive so it seems like I’m stuck paying this and keep the useless clothes. I’ve always wanted to have something from this company both for me
and my kids but now I’ll never touch this brand again.
Customer support is so bad / not existent
I wish I could give 5 stars because I love the brand and the prints and everything. But I must say that there is something really wrong when you don’t understand the simple concept of good customer service. When buying online this is such an essential part of your experience.
I had very bad experiences with their customer service, taking ages to respond on a fairly simple matter - asking to exchange an item and what the best process for this would be. They took ages to respond and the return period at that point was so close to running out that I felt it was on purpose ? When I did get a reply it was simply a link to a page on their website. If I hadn’t needed personal customer support this would be fine, but that was not the case and so couldn’t really use that response for anything.
Unfortunately, I won’t buy again from Tiny Cottons - at least not directly from their own website. It is simply too risky.
I will also say that some of the photos are misleading. One item I ordered had a completely different color in real life than on the website. I pointed this out to them in an email - and in a very kind manner btw - and yet no response. This isn’t really the way to go Tiny Cottons. Would expect more of a high-end kids wear brand.

I now order it 2 times from them and both times with problems ... with my first order the item was sold out and I waited forever for my money to be refunded and the 2nd time my order was not completely delivered and I was then accused of receiving everything. So I will never order there again, it's a shame

Return process for online purchases is very slow, taking over 30 after receiving te good to process refund. No info on status is received by customer service team.

The shipping already costs €8. If you want to return items because they are way too small (something that can happen with kids, my 3 year old is WAY too tall for Tiny Cottons clothes for 4 year olds). To return items you have to pay an extra €14 euro’s ON TOP. As I said: never, ever again. Too bad because I love the clothes and have ordered quite a lot over the years. This is the first time I needed to return anything & it made me decide it’s the last time I’ll ever buy anything again.

I ordered kids clothes in sale and received some nice items some of a horrible quality and color. I used to order clothes for my kids every year and loved them but the quality has gone down massively. I wanted to return the items which costs 43,95€!!!! That is too much. The items could all be returned but when I tried to complete the form the next day half of the items could not be returned anymore. When I tried to call them there is no answer. I tried 8 times now… very bad service and quality
I got a cancelled order after a week.
I bought a sweater from their website with discount, so it was an occasion and I was super excited about that. What I have received after one week instead of my sweater it has been just an email saying that they were processing a refund cause my sweater was not available anymore.
I think they highly lack in professionalism and I would have expect a different behaviour.
Poor Experience …
Not the greatest experience and I would not order from them again. This is the second order I have made with them and granted the first one went fine possibly due to the fact I did not make a return but my experience after my second order has coloured my experience and I would never order from them again.Took 25 days to receive a refund I am aware they are a busy but they should not assume people can afford to wait until they are ready to issue a refund. I have ordered from abroad before and have never had to wait this long.

Beware of this brand
Beware of this brand, it's fast fashion in disguise. The collars in three T-shirts I bought literally fell apart after a couple of washes. The colors in my striped shorts faded aftew a few days. The clothes won't survive even one season.
UK buyers BEWARE!!!!
I bought a 'wool' cardigan from Tiny Cottons but when it arrived, it was very poor, thin quality (and 85% polyester). I followed their online returns procedure for returning an item to their warehouse in Spain and bought a Royal Mail International Tracked 'Returned Goods' postage label. The parcel has just arrived back here at my house in the UK because Tiny Cottons never claimed it after it was held by Spanish Customs. They told me I need to pay to send it back AGAIN but it has to be one of their new 29 euro returns labels. When I explained that it was only returned to me because they failed to claim the parcel the first time, they said 'it's not our problem'. AVOID!!! TERRIBLE customer service!
Awful site experiences
Every time i buy something in their site i don’t receive the items because they’re always out of stock. Awful products management. If you don’t have the products you can’t sell them.
I bought a gorgeous pair of trousers…
I bought a gorgeous pair of trousers from this brand but when i washed them as instructed on the label they shrunk. When i got in touch with the company to tell them they told me there was nothing they could do. Disappointing because i really loved the trousers but could never buy from them again with the quality not lasting beyond one wash and their customer service.
