Advertises free shipping on thousandmiles.co.uk, then when you get to the checkout it says 'SHIPFREE discount code isn’t available for your shipping address' What a joke.

Took a while to arrive and when they did I had gone on holiday. When I missed the postman they contacted me to see if there were any issues and remained in contact until I picked them up. Trousers feel great, very stretchy and lightweight, and I'm happy with with the purchase.

Bought and paid for 2 pairs of all day shorts (elites) on Friday.

The company promised to dispatch within 48 hours, but failed to do so.

I email them on Monday to ask about the order. The customer service replied on Tuesday and told me that they will dispatch on Wednesday. Again, they did not dispatch the parcel, and did not reply to my second email.

Today is Thursday there is still no order update, and no email from the company.

Do not recommend. It is a very bad experience.

Ordered a pair of trousers toward end of November expecting confirmation of despatch within 48hrs. This didn't happen. I contacted customer service who sent me one of those dreadful emails thanking me for "reaching out" and for being patient but despatch would be soon. Several exchanges later, i became aware I was being fobbed off, as the excuses got more specific, and conditeli ignored my statement that further delay was not ok, nor did i want to change the colour of my order from black to silver. I eventually did get a refund of my order but not until they had use of my money for a month. Why accept an order if "out of stock"?

Paid over £70 for 2 pairs of these shorts that looked perfect for general wear and travel. Lots of hype on their website but no delivery si I cant review the product. They claim to have delivered but not to me!
