From the start, we were put at ease in sorting out a new will, Philip listened well to our wishes and explained things very clearly. The new will was put together in quick time and again explained very clearly , prior to the signing. We would use the services of Thomas Flavel & Sons again and would recommend their sevices to others.

Had a tricky situation with a settlement agreement and Sarah Toone provided the most helpful and reactive support I needed in a time of urgency and (in my personal view) crisis situation. I know Sarah works for Noel, who was on leave, but she didn't hesitate to look at how she could everything in her power to resolve my issues.
