The rose geranium & grapefruit soap smells beautiful, the lip balms are also lovely and all in eco friendly packaging with zero plastic, extremely happy with my order and will be ordering again.

The soap is beautifully presented with free lip balm.
somewhat slow on delivery.
Very moisturising leaving the skin so soft and silky.
The soap, lemon and lime has no perfume whatsoever.
I would expect it to smell of something and I find this is very disappointing.

I am delighted with the soaps bought from The Soap Pantry. They were all gifts to say thank you to the carers of my elderly mum in her care home. In the icy and treacherous snowy conditions, Georgia hand delivered these soaps with a smile on her face. Very prompt, friendly and compassionate service all round. I've bought several products from the soap pantry and they're all amazing quality and the scents are beautiful! Recently I tried to buy a razor from their stall at the BBC good food show but they'd sold out of the colour I liked and recommended I buy it from their website. When I looked I couldn't find it there either so I contacted Georgia on their Instagram page and she rectified the issue immediately. I now have my very own mermaid razor on the way! I also bought one of their soaps for a friend last Christmas and he's told me it's the best soap he's ever had and has lasted for ages (plus the smell is obviously incredible). I'll defintely be buying from them again!

Honestly the best soap I’ve found. I love essential oils but my skin can’t tolerate them and I need to be careful what I use. If you have sensitive skin like me, don’t hesitate to try the Sensitive soap bar from The Soap Pantry. I’m on my third purchase now and it’s just lovely.

As I’ve become more eco conscious, I was keen to ditch plastic bottles and I was fed up of searching for unscented soap free shower gel. I tried quite a few soap bars but none of them were right. Then I discovered The Soap Pantry at a handmade market and I haven’t looked back since trying their Sensitive soap.

The soap doesn’t contain any nasties like palm oil or silicone, no plastic involved, it lathers really nicely and doesn’t dry my skin out or leave it feeling slimy like shower gel. Just lovely. I’m so glad I found The Soap Pantry. If you’re unsure about trying it, especially if you have sensitive skin, maybe just try with the travel size Sensitive soap to test it out. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Came across The Soap Pantry in Chester on a day-visit and had such a positive experience. I’m a sucker for handmade soaps as it is, but I’ll definitely be buying more from here!

My skin flares up & dries out really quickly, but these soaps have actually helped keep me moisturised & having soft skin - total game changer for me. They smell amazing and lather up so well. The Lavender lip balm is amazing too.

Recently purchased several products including a rather nice soap dish (looks fab in the bathroom) in Chester as they had lots of small independents trading. The soaps are all home-made and smell fantastic, can’t wait for Christmas when I can stuck up for gifts. Also purchased some soap offcuts that you put into a soap bag and I think that is an absolutely fantastic idea as it cuts down on waste plus an excellent body polisher. Lovely lady served us. X

My Mum and I love this soap! Mum has sensitive skin and finds that nothing else is quite as gentle and kind on the skin. And they smell gorgeous! Couldn’t recommend more!

I placed a order at thd beginning of December unfortunately this fell in line with the Royal Mail strikes. My parcel hadn't arrived and I was concerned as it was a Christmas present. I contacted the seller who responded within an appropriate time. The seller tried to chase things up from their end and kept me up to date. Unfortunately the parcel didn't arrive within the following week. The seller then hand delivered a replacement to my door with an extra gift. It was agreed I would keep the seller updated if parcel did arrive which to this date it hasn't. This is why I shop small because this would never happen from the large retail shops. Would definitely purchase from her again. Thank you

Fantastic handmade soap. My skin has never been so soft. I hardly need to moisturise since I started using your products. And the soap saver bag is an ingenious idea that avoids the mushy soap problem!
