Tracy Kavanagh has been fantastic from start to finish. Getting a mortgage while buying and selling a house can be pretty stressful, but Tracy made the whole process so much easier for us.
She was always there when we had a question, explained things in a way that actually made sense, kept us updated and chased things up when needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
What I really liked was that we never felt like just another application. Tracy took the time to understand our situation and genuinely seemed to care about getting us the best outcome.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tracy Kavanagh to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor. She's knowledgeable, approachable and, most importantly, someone you feel you can trust.

Lifetime mortgage with Tracy
Tracy was helping my mum and myself release equity from my mums house. She was incredible all the way through. Keeping us up to date, no question was too silly to ask, the perfect mix of personable and professional. Exactly what you need when you feel a little out of your depth with certain things.
