Great and friendly atmosphere the staff was so helpful and friendly
An hour wait for some basic food, having to wait around after the bowling itself finished.
Great bowling in lovely new surroundings. Drinks prices weren't too expensive.

Staff were lovely, we did bowling and lazer tag which was relatively cheap due to their Tuesday deals. We now go on a Tuesday and love when we are there. 5 stars

Great time so much to do as well as bowling. Just air con wasn’t working but extremely warm.

The air-conditioning was either not working or couldn't cope.
The room was so hot without any air.
The children were not happy and didn't want to stay.
A complete waste of £80
Also music was so loud, the receptionist misheard my name and gave us wrong booking, we then got our food during our games instead of after. wouldn't visit again unless these issues are resolved.
On the plus side the staff were all very helpful.

I've been celebrate my birthday day with friends and my son. But we were very disapointment about temperature inside top room, where is bowling game. No one have playing fun because was like inside oven. Where is air condition? Waste money for me.

Was a good afternoon. Apart from the incident with panda mama, there fire alarm went of causing the tenpin at Wakefield to go off. So we ended up been outside at the firepoint an then the front entrance for a while. But other than that had a great time. Looks great inside. Lots to do.

Good: Great location, easy access & good parking. Interactive darts setup great. Bowling and other activities looked good.
Good/Bad: Only one bar staff working, She was good, but she was rushed off her feet & at times people waiting for drinks were getting frustrated. More annoyingly there were several ‘team’ members standing around chatting who could have helped and at the very least served soft drinks.
BAD: The room was stiflingly hot, aircon was nonexistent and with because the bar service slow the birthday celebration was slightly marred.

New place im guessing staff still working things out but was very slow service when was about 6 staff stood in same place, the heat was unbearable im confused on why no air con. Will try again soon.
The first time I have visited Tenpin, took my grandson and his friend the whole experience was great from the moment we arrived to when we left. Great staff , very clean and not too expensive. Would definitely be going again
Good fun and great to have in Wakefield as there isn’t much to do locally anymore however they had no shoes in sizes 5,6 and 7. Someone I attended with had sandals on as we are having gorgeous weather for a change and when she told them her shoe size (6) they stated they could only supply a 4 or 8, she obviously had to choose the 8’s. They were that big it was a trip hazard so she took them off and put her own shoes back on. This eventually led to staff stating if she didn’t wear the shoes, our game would be stopped. It’s unacceptable to not have shoes in all sizes available and make someone wear shoes way too big. Once all the other groups left and it was only us and one other group of two on the lanes she asked to swap them to a 6 assuming they didn’t have the size due to the amount of people playing earlier on however they still said they didn’t have any, meaning they don’t have any of the three arguably most common sizes for women. I understand the rules of wearing the correct footwear and it wouldn’t have been an issue if they fit, two sizes too big is simply unacceptable and a bigger hazard than an open toe shoe.
Quick service and straight into our bowling games, nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
Nice entertainment venue
Well set up, clean, plenty of entertainment for the family. If i had to have one negative thing to say it would be that it was very warm, we visited during warm weather and would have benefited from some cool air either fans or air conditioning, having neither of these made the heat quite unbearable when bowling.
