Dan has sold me a few used machines now .. and they've been great , hoping for something else soon 🙏

We have dealt with TC Harrison JCB over multiple generations and they have always been a pleasure to deal with. We are by no means their biggest customer, quite the opposite, however Terry Whitby and the team still treat us as if we are. I will always highly recommend TCH and Terry to anyone.

First loading shovel purchase from Dan Ransome and TC Harrison. Pleasure to deal with. Will be back again in the future.

I have brought a lot of machinery from T C Harrison over the years and I’ve always got in touch with Dan every time . He’s never let me down on what we’ve agreed, what time scale he says and communication between us both is always honest . He’s one of the last that takes that much care in his role that I know . I’ll always call Dan first for anything we need because he’s always there to help . If I could give 10 stars for the service from Dan and T C Harrison’s I would .

I have bought 5 machines from TCH JCB. Dan Ransome has been my point of contact for the last three. It has been a pleasure to deal with Dan. Very helpful, knowledgeable and patient!

Hopefully the after-sales service will be just as good. All machines are working great at the moment, including the 6yr old 140X that we have put 6500hrs on.

A little slow at getting in touch from putting in the required online but once in contact Alex did everything effectively and professionally even though it was not a big order from a big customer showing to me that the little guy matters too, would now look to use again if a machine is required

Cannot rate these enough! Service is second to none, recent experience we ordered a tracked barrow last thing Friday arrived with us Tuesday and fully fleeted with our company logo on, special thanks to Alex Alcock who pull out all the stop so we got this in time for our important hire. Top work all involved.

T C Harrison JCB have been nothing but excellent with us since we opened up MKM Berwick Toolhire in 2023. Alex Alcock constantly goes above and beyond when it comes to getting us what we need. Nothing is a hassle for him and he has arranged a delivery of a fully stickered up Excavator the very next day, which allowed us to get it straight out on hire to our customers - Alex even popped in to see us in Berwick when he was passing by whilst on holiday!! What a guy.

Just took delivery of my new JCB 16/c-1 and I have to say the service I recieved from Louise was exemplary,nothing was to much trouble and she didn’t leave the site until we were absolutely comfortable with the machine so thank you Louise.

Louise in sales helped me in my search for a micro digger. Very conscientious and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

After purchasing multiple machines from T C Harrison, I got in touch with Alex Alcock to source some specific attachments for my machines, dealing with Alex was a masterclass in product knowledge, its rare to find someone with his level of technical data and expertise. He understood my work load and with his honesty, support and guidance I have the correct attachments for all my machines.
Alex isn't just selling but solving problems for his customers, I came in for attachments but Alex helped me see how the JCB Duel Drive 3CX could improve our site efficiency and performance, thanks to his technical guidance I walked away with a top spec JCB Duel Drive 3CX machine and the perfect set of attachments.
