We were very pleased with the relaxed but very efficient way Tony Mahan of TC Harrison conducted the sales process. He made sure the second hand car we purchased was in tip top condition before driving it away after the registration and payment process was completed.

When looking on the forecourt for a car, one of the salesman Matthew Le Farge introduced himself wasn't pushy at all and just left us to look. Once ready go and find him if we wanted more info etc. Went back the next day and test drove a car decided that was the one and reserved it. When I went back 2 days later decided to take it on another test drive and felt the car wasn't quite right. Then saw another car that was a much better fit, test drove it and said that was the one. Went thru the buying process and completed it. Picked the car up 2 days later. Nothing was to much for Matt very professional and prompt doing everything.

After having a bad experience the day before at a different garage T C Harrison made a massive difference to my confidence in buying a used car . I traded in a Kia EV for a larger Kia EV and even though TCH Burton are a Ford dealership, I was extremely happy with the transaction. I dealt with Reece who was excellent and it was a pleasure to deal with him. All the other staff I interacted with were also very pleasant and helpful and better than a lot of car dealerships where staff often don't even acknowledge you.

My experience with TCH is excellent the service and staff are great they never pressure you into to anything they try there hardest to meet your needs. What more can I say I have been getting cars from TCH for a few years now and never had a nasty experience they are alway happy to help can't fault them.
