The part arrived quickly but it wasn’t quite the same as the cartridge it was replacing so a little difficult to make it fit

I bought a sink grid from this company, but the item I received does not match the product shown on their website. The photo on the listing shows a grid that appears suitable for larger sinks, and it also states that it is for a particular sink model. However, the grid that arrived is much smaller and only fits a much smaller sink.

In my opinion, the product listing is misleading. The photo gives the impression that the grid could fit a wider range of sinks than it actually does. Because of this inaccurate presentation, I ended up ordering the wrong item.

To make matters worse, I now have to pay the return shipping costs myself, even though the information on the website was not clear or accurate.

I would recommend that the company update their product photos and descriptions(dimensions) so customers know exactly what they are buying.

Black granite sink and taps. Looked amazing online and also in situ with white worktops BUT fixtures for ensemble and waste not good : didn’t fit properly. Spent alot of time trying to make fixtures fit but in the end had to go to DIY store and buy replacements on fixture parts . A lot of time and additional money spent ensuring water tight fit. sink and taps look great but fixtures very poor.

My taps were the best price online and friendly customer service answered my call immediately to confirm a quick delivery date before I placed the order. Taps arrived on time and very well packaged and protected. I will definitely use again if needed.

Ordered tap online, expecting it to arrive within a week. Turns out the supplier didn’t have stock and it was only when I chased that this position became clear. Tap did turn up after ten days.
