Very poor customer service
I rordered a jacket but my back sent a message to say it had not been authorised. However, I received an email confirming the order so asked cia their customer service if they could confirm whether the order had gone through or not. They told me to check my bank account which I did and there was no payment so I reordered the jacket. The following day I had 2 orders for the same thing. Now one has to be returned, and I have to pay for it. Not happy at all.

Hello, in early December 2025, I purchased 6 items of clothing from Superdry (order number SUPERDRYES41114174). Two of the items were the wrong size, so I paid to return them. One was a ZIGZAG-BM with reference 974590780, returned on 09/12/2025, and the other was a ZIGZAG-BM with reference 974676885, returned on 15/12/2025. I received an email from you on December 24, 2025, stating that you had received the returns and were preparing to refund me, but I have not received the refund to this day. Today, I received a package from Superdry containing a pair of jeans with a note saying that it was not a Superdry item. However, this is not the item I returned to you. Your returns warehouse must have made a mistake; please check again. I have had a very bad online shopping experience, and I will not shop on your platform again until you refund me，and I hope to receive your reply as soon as possible.

Tanto nuestros repartidores como nuestros equipos de atención al cliente utilizan esta información para localizar las direcciones de entrega con precisión. Si el conductor no puede encontrar la dirección, suele deberse a discrepancias o problemas de formato.
En los casos en que la dirección esté vinculada a una empresa, le rogamos que la marque claramente con "C/O" y el nombre de la empresa para evitar confusiones y retrasos.

I ordered these items more than 10 days…
Update: Superdry es are now refusing to do anything about this issue and are leaving it to me to do the chasing - very poor customer service, my advice don't spend you money here.
So I have just received a notification from the courier that the items have been delivered.....but they haven't, they have the correct address, I even sent a picture of the location so there is no excuse. You have clearly either delivered the items to the wrong address or the driver has decided to keep the items for himself?
A full address was provided and if this was not sufficient then you should have pick this up as part of your fulfillment processes.
I have since sent you the location on Google and was informed that there would be a delivery today....Its now 6:30pm and still no delivery ???????
I ordered these items more than 10 days ago and they have not arrived?? Your tracking service is terrible.

Thank you for sharing your review. We are sorry that your experience was not positive.
When an address is incomplete, sadly the courier will highly unlikely be able to find the address for delivery. To our knowledge the courier will try and reach the customer before it's two delivery attempts.
Sadly, if a foreign, not Spanish phone number is provided the courier is unable to contact the customer. The courier is not equipped to make international calls and hence would be unable to contact the customer regarding its delivery.
When a shipment is made, the information of the parcel is passed onto the courier. I am afraid the email address is not passed on. So, the courier would also not be able to use this to contact the customer.
