Useless customer service
I've had so many issues with the STUK card (plastic card not being delivered, app not working, travel logos suddenly disappearing, wrong card being issued), but none of this would be a problem if their customer service could help me out.
As it is now, it's absolutely worthless. Half the time they don't even answer their emails, but when they do, they often don't even read the email and just copy-paste a link to a webpage, usually one that I have explicitly said doesn't clarify my issue. I've had exactly one friendly and helpful email from them, and that was after I wrote a sternly worded email telling them to please read my emails properly before answering.
