I just wanted to say not only a massive thank you to Jamal Rafiq who has undoubtedly provided myself with the most extraordinary service, mixed with the highest level of customer care and consideration throughout the entire sale last week of my new all electric Mini Aceman SE.

I wholeheartedly would recommend Jamal and Mini Stratstone Doncaster to everybody.

Jamal really did go the extra mile, and I never felt like he was being pushy with myself at all. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Jamal, and Mini Stratstone should feel very proud having him as part of their team.

Massive thanks also to Staci Barnes who emailed me this morning asking if I wished to buy some Mini accessories. I hadn't really thought of buying any, but after looking at the brochures, I decided to treat myself to a travel mug and a black suitcase for my travels and it was £155.00 well spent. Also purchasing the additional service packs was a great purchase today too. I appreciated Staci emailing me with all of the offers, and I felt that this was superb service too.

This is now my third Mini car that I have purchased from Mini Stratstone Doncaster, my first one was around fifteen years ago (Mini Convertible), to a Mini Clubman around eight years ago.

The reason I keep coming back to Doncaster is simple, superb customer service!

I have bought lots of vehicles over the years and my experience with dealers has been mixed. Mini Doncaster was without doubt the best so far. All the staff made me feel welcome and there was no pressure. The salesman Jamal was excellent identifying the best model option. After a test drive and a generous offer on my trade in I bought one.
A very enjoyable experience. Certainly recommend Mini Doncaster and the Mini Countryman.

Took wife’s Mini in for a their advice to an issue that a competing dealer garage that bought car from within a month, wouldn’t sort.
Fantastic service from Service Team at Stratstone Mini, diagnosed issue in 30 minutes whilst giving me all the coffee and dog biscuits I wanted (yes, they’re dog friendly - didn’t have dog with me though).
Had courtesy car whilst was repaired at later date. Service Team liaised with the competing dealer to charge them for works and sort. Thank you!

So many positive comments to make about Stratstone Mini Doncaster. I have picked up my Mini Cooper SE this morning and the transition was excellent. This was mainly due to Jake Bishop, our Mini Sales Executive. The experience was professional and pleasant. Firstly let me say Becky on service desk was amazing she is a credit to you but the mechanics let you down. So I brought my car last week for service and mot including washing my car which didn’t happen. The price I was quoted through bookmygarage.com couldn’t be honoured which was very strange but having no choice I agreed, my car failed the mot and Becky was kind enough to arrange a loan car for
me, she was brilliant and even accommodated the fact my son’s wheelchair. My car was left and was told it would be ready Tuesday but amazing it was ready Monday, my car needed a new tire and spring. I was told my car would be tracked but only the one side was and my was pulling to the right. I did ring Becky and she said I could bring the car back but I would be charged for tracking. So I have decided against that. I will go to a different garage. I have brought my cars there for a few years but I won’t be back. Apart from Becky I didn’t feel I got good service and I’m not convinced my car got what was needed. I am so disappointed as previous years it’s been better. My car was dirty even though was offered it washing. Becky did offer to get them to wash it but I didn’t have time to wait when I came to pick the car up, after all they had it since Saturday. Say I won’t be back. The fact I had to chase the confirmation of the booking and the price wasn’t honoured didn’t sit well with me…
