Clean, efficient, well designed modern workplace

The staff and service here is global level: they are very attentive and deliver service as quickly and thoroughly as they can.
The spaces are well designed and of quality materials. The kitchen is always well stocked and cleaning staff are frequently around to maintain the cleanliness of the place. The culture of occupants is one of mutual respect and professionalism, so it is quite easy to pop in and start working without the noise and bother yet not a library vibe.
